What's your least favorite thing about Bitcoin?

for me the least favorite thing about bitcoin is the long address for receiving the bitcoin, i understand it has to be that way but some alias system for addresses would be great.

Another good thing is that you can use many bitcoin address and no one knows that you are the owner of the bitcoin address in terms of bitcoin address will keep secret the identity of the owner

Nothing worst than waiting more than one day for your Bitcoin to be confirmed.  The long confirmation and the rule on confirming the transaction is annoying.  Worse some one can beat you in confirmation queue if the have a transaction fee greater than yours.  You are lucky if you forgot to put a transaction fee and be confirmed at less than an hour.   I hope they modify / hasten the bitcoin confirmation process.

Confirmation does not take long if you put the default transcation fee . Also most sites will confirm your payment after even 1 confirmation so that not a big deal in itself. For me nothing is less favorite in bitcoins.

Yeah I don't know why people keep on complaining about the confirmation time, I don't find it as a major problem, as of now I am completely satisfied with bitcoin and I don't have any issue with it.

thats true its a huge drawback that you cannot remember all the address to receive your bitcoins to even though its possible to remember it it would take a lot of time to write it

i think my least favorite thing is that the transactions of the bitcoins are really long to get confirmed, i think that this is the problem that will never be solved with bitcoins

Well there is going to be a big problem for people that can't adjust miners fees with their current wallet setup when the halving comes, because since the fees will increase then I feel that a lot of peoples transactions won't ever confirm with where their fees are set at as of right now...

But I mean, it's already slow-ish as of right now and every block are always pretty much filled... so the more people that come in, the harder it is to get any transaction confirmed.

Yeah i feel you long term investment is great but the building itself is the foundation of why a lot of us use btc, the extreme jumps and dives is what brings us all back to the moment we first loved about finding btc. and the issue is the major fluctuations.

LOL,  My least favorite thing about bitcoin is its lack of a smart contract functionality.  It is too easy to send bitcoin off for some goods or services and not receive those goods or services in return.  I know that there are escrow services that provide a measure of solace in those regards but there's a danger of losing money utilizing even the most trusted escrow services too.

But I think fluctuations will help you in making profits if you believe in trading, and I don't think that it is an problem, you should definitely take advantage of it.

I see bitcoin have long address to prevent people from getting the same privatekey and they'll claiming the address each other,just use a clipboard feature and you'll only need to open this app and copy-paste it

Transaction speeds leave a lot to be desired. You need to pay a premium if you want your transactions to be put ahead in the queue. There must be a better way in which the developers can make transactions faster than what they are now. Other than that, I can say that bitcoin has been doing a great job.

The developers are not expected to be unanimous about anything. On the other hand, it would’ve been better if they had communicated what measures they were taking to address the issue – even if they were confused by what steps to take next – and hadn’t let problems simmer and get to the point where they’re adversely affecting public perception.

I like bitcoin because it has the potential for a great future investment. In terms of speed and accuracy of transactions are very efiesien as fast and with a fee that does not strangle course. But behind it all do not forget about the risks of using bitcoin

Well, quite not understand mate, I think price of bitcoins changes very frequently and never for a day even we can see price remaining the same. Yes though it is right what you are saying, but if price changes too soon then it would become funny too.

yes it's not problem when I use it on computer, but it's a little bit uncomfortable on mobile devices. And I miss the option to just say your receiving address in person, something like paypal has the e-mail address tied to the account. This would be a good feature for bitcoin.

The thing I don't like on bitcoin is its long confirmation time. Usually, it takes 10 minutes (if you've given the normal tx fee) for your tx to be confirmed. There are some cases though that it takes much longer even though you paid for the sufficient amount or normal priority, which kinda sucks (at least for me.)

My least favorite thing about bitcoin is that it is hard to earned and easy to spent. Unlike cash bitcoin is easy to access and I can be easily be tempted to gamble it on gambling sites and lose it all. Bitcoin for me is advantageous but since it can be spent anywhere on the net it is easy to lose it all when my greed comes in. Further bitcoin is still good, its only my attitude that gives me that sense.

My friend, that is the nature of bitcoins and its actually an advantage . If you can not spend bitcoins easily then bitcoins will stuck to people and will not be able to spend lavishly. I consider it is an advantage to let people concentrate on saving it , funny really

I still find it annoying that it takes so long for big companies, merchants to accept Bitcoin as a payment method.

in fact very many things I love about bitcoin. such as how to get it, how to do that, and the costs are very minimal fee. it is a bit of the gains of the many advantages that I did not mention of bitcoin. It's transactions fees.
For someone who does a lot of transactions in Bitcoins per day, is very restrictive.
But, there are solutions like Xapo wallet, which imposes no transaction fees.
