Do you agree people barrow money for gambling?

I think this is the only rule that makes gambling wrong for me, it's where you cross that invisible and dangerous line.

dangerous line that could possibly a gambler will lose more money and will be in much debt. i agree many people borrow money to gamble specially on sportbets as they think they can win it but will only end up losing again

Yeah i do think around 65-75 % of people take loan for gambling thinking they will win money in next chance but finishes it losing all..
Users basically who are so much obsessed with gambling do this kind of things and waste out others money

You got that right Sir. Non-stop gambling can get you to being buried in so many debts. Still getting a job is more safer and you will not lose your mind thinking about how to get money. Well, some really enjoyed gambling, I too enjoyed it but you must always have a limit once you knew you are losing.

Dangerous line is where the house edge is, and is the time where you need to back out for a bit, you may never know when the house edge strikes, and your saying that many people is borrowing money because of sports betting? If someone will let him borrow but because of gambling I think no one will let him borrow or make a loan.

I am agree with you man, i think it's useful advice. Borrowing for gambling can't guarantee the refund and the repayment because simply we can lose the amount borrowed , and if we are infected with gambling addiction we will borrow again -i guess- for gambling again, without even repaying the first lending, so it's not good idea

It definitely depends on who you are giving the money to.  If they are addicted to gambling absolutely do not give it to them.

If they are your friend and at the casino, and they want to borrow 20 bucks to save the terrible ATM fee, whats the big deal?

Yes due to addictions, people will do anything for gambling including borrowing money or stealing or even suicide too. This is the worst scenario how a debit situations make a worst changes to one's life in social status as well as life term also.

Yes, which is why there are always Pay-Day Loans located near Casinos
They know that if the person loses they will still have to pay the loan and the gambler knows if they win big a few bucks is not a big deal.

Yes it difficult to the lender find who is barrowing for gambling but for some lender they dont care if Where they going to use as long has they have collateral they allow barrower to barrow from them.

What you said is 100% true, no gambler will tell any one that he/she is borrowing money for gambling so only thing lender can do is don't ever lend money to any one without any proper collaterals. So in worst case at least you can recover your money by selling those collaterals. Gambling once addicted then very difficult to come out of that trap.

Yes alot of gamblers hide that fact. If you go to the "lending" section, many people lie about what they are borrowing the money for. And then you search someone's posts and if its in the gambling section, chances are they will be gambled with.

A collateran with an amount of he/she borrowed is must be equal or even higher, but it's not enough, it's possible if he/she collateral is got from what he/she hacked, so you need research first before make a deal, especially in bitcoin world, people have a lot mask.

Yes alot of gamblers hide that fact. If you go to the "lending" section, many people lie about what they are borrowing the money for. And then you search someone's posts and if its in the gambling section, chances are they will be gambled with.

Full of shit reasons too in that section. That's why like this forum said, Prevention is Better than Cure. So have a collateral that at least 150% value of the loan or just don't do lending money.

Exactly! I wish more people realize that if you can't stop gambling regardless of what harm to your life it is causing then you are sick and you need professional medical help.
