It didn't disappear , funds just don't disappear like that , maybe on other sites but not on CryptoBoost
it wasn't paid due to lack of funds in the game wallet therefore it got recycled/cancelled
to put it simply , your deposit helped other players get their payout,..

You have not received your payout because at the time of your payout the wallet balance wasn't enough to cover it,..

I explained this many times already , "Not enough btc in your wallet?!?!?" means the amount of payouts at that time is higher than amount of
incoming deposits therefore funds in the wallet drain faster,.. I don't think it sounds like a scam but more like the rules of the game

if there is not enough btc on the wallet you cant receive the payout...

ok let's go through quick example here shall we,..
two players (let's name them players A and B) come and deposit 0.1 btc each for 24 hours plan ,that makes 0.2 btc available in the game wallet,
then after two hours another player (player C) comes and deposits 0.15 btc for 12 hours plan
player C countdown will end quicker therefore he gets his 0.15 btc + 5% profit + fee = 0.1573 btc ,
that leaves 0.0427 btc in the game wallet, right ?
later players A and B countdown timer ends and they both require a payment of 0.1 btc + 10% profit = 0.11 btc each
their payouts turn to PENDING status at which time the script is checking the wallet balance for available funds,..
there is only 0.0427 btc available in the wallet so sadly players A and B payouts get recycled and deleted from the list (according to rules)
but the available wallet balance will still be 0.0427 btc ,
so what goes straight to my wallet you think ? magical btc I am creating from water mixed with sugar ?
