To speed up the sync to the blockchain on your first time installing a wallet do the following :

1. Install wallet then close it

2. Download this file https://s3-ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com/transfercoin/Transfer.rar

3. Navagate to C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Roaming\Transfer

4. Delete blk0001.dat and the folder named txleveldb

5. Unzip the file you downloaded in step 2 and copy and paste the contents into C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Roaming\Transfer

6. Re open your wallet.

I think it depends how many masternodes there are, but it should be 0.5 TX per block for one of the masternodes (random).
