Depends on stake rate for that particular input If you were to stake at 1%, you would need a coin age of around 400m If you were to stake at 500%, you would need a coin age of 7.4m (Both examples are using 100,000 as maximum possible reward)

So how long do I need to keep the wallet locked with 2.2M blocks?
Depends on stake rate. If you get a 500% rate, you need a lot less time than if you were going to hit a 1% It's impossible to predict what you will receive until time of stake. Therefore, it might be best to just use one giant input if that amount can make you stake higher than the maximum reward per block so change the rules again , so to get guaranteed reward(although probably more important not to receive penalty), need 10 million cube >360M coin age(in one input)!!! with such a policy you will lose the last investors... p.s I totally forgot here after all the possible 1% of the annual interest and penalty 10% daily what will risk ?! possible reward 0.00274%-1.369% again possible lost 10%...

This was NOT how the new reward system was described post fork. All that was mentioned was a block size of at least 200% of the current block, or equivalent coin age.
To me it now appears that only the top couple of wallets will now be able to stake every couple of days, with no risk of negative staking. Everyone else will have to leave the wallet locked for ages or risk unlocking to a negative stake and losing potentially a HUGE amount of their investment.
And as it's a random block reward, there is no way to tell how long the wallet needs to remain closed.
If I've misunderstood, someone please correct me.

The new formula will require 10x block number instead of 2x
This is because when the fork originally was made, we were at about half the supply we are at now. This has been raised since supply got much higher than expected
I will also push the chain forward right away so this fork kicks in quickly and people don't have to stake negative to reach it
I understand this was not what was stated earlier, but you must understand that a lot changed in the two months between 2.0 being posted and now (mainly the moneysupply being way higher than anticipated)

So my 2100000 blocks won't stake properly ? Do I have to make them 20,000,000 instead ? And only reward of 100k + max ?

You can lock wallet for 5 days and still hit the threshold I understand this is not ideal, but with the higher supply than anticipated, it is a small wound that will heal quickly in the long run

How do I ensure that the un-staked transactions do not cause negative stakes in 5 days time? Wallet seemed to split up my 2.5m inputs, so it behaved as if I sent 1.2m CUBE. Look at this: Transaction ID: a4c0c3f1922b3f98417ceef85512299b9efb5408f2c64c9d72f4798e49334bfc

No, all of my inputs that staked negative were over 2 million. Well over 2 million
Look again please
have you moved any coins after this stake ? if not do a screenshot of the minting tab Have not moved anything yet, all I have done is lock my wallet so I dont lose more Screenshotting the minting tab, which is a mess is no help to anyone.. look at the stake input column on this block: http://www.presstab.pw/phpexplorer/CUBE/block.php?height=10000472,500,000 exactly Minted: -250,888.30, 10% of the input size I hade exactly the same problem, because I minted exactly the same amount of coins, all over 2.5m: Transaction ID: a4c0c3f1922b3f98417ceef85512299b9efb5408f2c64c9d72f4798e49334bfc
