but recently i noticed that your  games became so obviously rigged especially when wagering with KONG token

i bet on target 1.34 and the game crashed exactly on 1.34 but you considered me lost

i bet 922KONG  and i tried to cashout 3 times everytime i get a popup saying i need to deposit while the game still running times iclicked and i get that popup untill the game crashed and lost .

third .  i manually during writing this post i checked the last 200 games the results of Above 2.00 was 76 and the results of under 2 was 134
also the results when it crashed on 1.00 was atleast 8 times within 100 games.


and last many times i sent messages to your support only once i get a reply that you forwarded it to the developer  and im not sure when i will hear back or get back my  coins i lost because of your bugs .

As I said before, the statistics of the small number of bets can't be considered to determine the effective house edge of a game. I have tested the limbo game myself on both 1.01× and 1.30× multiplier, and didn't find anything unusual. The house edge is automatically set to the bonus boost mode if you play with the Kong token. I can understand your disappointment though. Have you tried to verify the result of your bets with their verification mechanism?

Occasionally, it counts the bet as winning if the game burst at the targeted multiplier, and it considers the bet as losing one for some specific numbers (if it burst on the target). Yes its a known fact already for a while that BitKong is one of the scammiest casinos out of there.
They are not regulated, their "staking token" trading was disabled and then from a few hundred thousand $ liquidity it lowered to like 10 thousands liquidity so whoever invested can't even sell it anymore(unless with a 90% loss). Fake players always play the tournament leaderboard with millions of $ of wager but the Polygon charts never move so no one ACTUALLY buys the KONG token (https://coinmarketcap.com/dexscan/polygon/0x444c29ee380d7a84a08adb8ae8671da6f0c0be05/). As you can see they are even trying to make fake price movements since January 31 lol

They always have fake players in top places in the tournaments.
They even have fake accounts to win faucet.
