I'm pretty sure Bitfinex offers OTC service, look it up in their website. Otherwise get into the DEX on Slack, it is basically a semi-automated escrow service run by the escrow Yassin, there are buy and sell orders but you can still arrange for OTC trades with escrow.

Is this really related to our IOTA though? I want to believe it, but there is no mention in the video of machine to machine transactions or crypto. To me it seems like the name (iOTA Pad, with a small i too) may just be a coincidence?

Prove me wrong please.

It is a well known fact that BOSCH is working with IOTA. The guy in the video is saying that they are going to produce a coffee machine which will be linked to other IOTA BOSCH smart devices and you will control all of them using an app on your smart phone or tablets. All of the devices will be connected to the IOTA tangle network. So for example as he says in the video, when he comes home from work or wakes up this coffee machine will make the coffee on the time set on the app. As all of the BOSCH smart home devices will be able to do. Crystal now?

I was just using the automatic subtitles on Youtube. All I read was them talking about how they don't want to use an iPad or Android device for IoT-security reasons, so instead they created their own tablet; the iOTA pad, that will be connected to all the smart devices, and you can remote control them from anywhere (like the coffee machine). No mention of IOTA, no mention of Tangle, no mention of transactions. Just regular IoT stuff.

If it's common knowledge, sorry. But since I got nothing of the sort from the video, and I always maintain a hefty dose of skepticism when it comes to crypto in general, I thought I'd put the question out there.

If you cant get usd into bitfinex from the USA than purchase bitcoin using usd at w/e exchange you prefer and transfer the bitcoin over to bitfinex.

If one can not confer upon another a right which he does not himself first possess, by what means does the state derive the right to engage in behaviors from which the public is prohibited?

Is it possible for IOTA to be added on some big exchanges like Poloniex or Bittrex?

pray for iota to be added on big Chinese exchanges instead

Are there any hints that IOTA will be listed on a Chinese exchange soon? I am wondering why IOTA has been only listed on Bitfinex so far. Is the tech to complicated in order to easily integrate it in big exchanges like Poloniex and Bittrex?

As already someone stated, it is not a secret that IOTA and Bosch are cooperating. The cooperation is known for some time. There is not only Bosch, also a big German energy company with customers all over Europe (especially in UK and The Netherlands) is cooperating with IOTA, too. A member of Innogy, Carsten Ströcker, is a member of the IOTA foundation. https://twitter.com/carstenstoecker

Have you heard that?

BitDice announced on a article on the official blog to employ IOTA technology on its next-generation platform. BitDice is pursuing to develop the best practical way of accommodating on-chain gaming content using unique capabilities of IOTA technology.

BitDice’s adoption of IOTA due to the superior nature of the technology should help the casino to overcome issues related to high execution cost as well as slow speed of the games that require dynamic betting.

I updated the Android wallet but after attaching several addresses (30+), still no sign of my balance. Perhaps it takes some time before the old balance shows up again?
