the biggest problem i see in iota is that it hasn't proved yet the concept can ever work. How many nodes and tx/sec does it need to work? Why don't set that up for a short period of time to prove it can work? the costs would be nothing compared to pay a team of many (how many? i think 30+) employees for years for something that maybe will never work...

IOTA is built on a unique architecture that was designed with the IoT environment of the future in mind. This unique architecture has made it more challenging for service providers like exchanges to integrate IOTA compared to traditional blockchains.

In particular, some of the challenges that service providers have experienced are:
Seed management
No double signing due to database constraints
Reattachment / repromotion of bundles
Confirmation monitoring
Deposit address monitoring

Today that all changes. Welcome to IOTA Hub.

The Hub offers a standardized, open-source solution to these issues using a simple gRPC API in a hardened and audited environment.

This makes integrating IOTA simple for any kind of service provider. Using Hub, an exchange can be ready to support IOTA in weeks rather than months, just by connecting Hub to their existing trading platform.

On top of regular seed and transaction management, Hub also supports externally signed transactions. The remote signing provider allows you to have a separate machine that holds the salt but does not have access to the database. Whereas the Hub itself has access to the database but does not have access to the salt. Communication happens via an encrypted gRPC channel. This increases operational security by making it impossible for an attacker to gain complete control over the exchanges’ funds by compromising a single system.

I really hope for this price. I continue to buy IOTA  coins and keep on. I think it will be justified in the future and everyone will be happy.

Now still a very good opportunity to buy more additional coins IOTA

I have no idea if it's secure but I would not even click on the link. Never use an online wallet if there is a desktop wallet available.
I only use the official wallet published by the core developers: https://github.com/iotaledger/wallet/releases

what is happening

https://ethereumworldnews.com/sirin-labs-not-iota-finney-phone-relies-ethereum/

I believe this is the answer to your question.
There were strong expectations for the partnership with Sirin Labs and could be a first use case of Iota / Tangle application in the real world.

However, I am sure that the team and the other partnerships will be able to extract value and real use cases from the Iota / Tangle world.

Now a lot of rumors and speculation in the fall of the market. Some say that falls because of the sale of large people, others say that it is weak hands sell coins. I think no one really knows, just guesses. Now it is best to just wait for growth and not be afraid.

Is IOTA down? I would like to exchange some iotas to bitcoins. For that, I need to transfer them to bitfinex. However it does not work. I have tried to reattach and to change nodes many times. In vain ! No confimation, pending pending pending pending pending pending... Embarrassed
I add that it is a thing I have already done plenty of times. It has always worked. Until now...

https://files.iota.org/comms/IOTA+Foundation+Update+from+the+Board+of+Directors+and+Founders.pdf

maybe this is a reason for the dip, too.

For the people who spreads FUD. Don't waste your time with it and SHUT UP!
For the people who already in and believe and trust in the future tech. HODL!
For the newbies. DYOR (Do your own research)

I take the chance and buy the dip  Grin

cheers

+1 now I'm a serious investor again in IOTA.
Nice dip to invest again.
Maybe I HODL this time but if can get 300% profit maybe I sell again.
Nice project but not completely decentralized and for mass adoption a problem imo.
Big companies as partner sound good but it is also a bit old economy then.

Hello, tell me who remembers when the IOTA network was not available for three days? Can you throw off the official news about this?
