Bitcoin. It's remarkable to the fact it allows you to send money to someone anywhere in the world, in real time, minimal fee, without any third party. So in terms of the transferability, it's revolutionary.

The freedom to spend your own money without the governments and banks bugging you about it. Also, a new fast and secure way to send money in grwat distances within minutes without having to pay large fees for intermediary processors.

for decades people have thought only banks can control an economy and that anyone making their own currency would be put in prison.

for decades people have thought the only option to store value or trade for investments was through banks and wall street institutions.

but now people can make their own currency, as a local village economy, as a business asset (instead of shares), to take funds across the world without caring about the $10k limit. to purchase something with deflation without worrying about needing a gold vault or pay rent to security firms.

people are now realising their reliance on banks is not so required as they thought

the biggest impact is removing the control from the government and give it completely to the people, it will be fun to see how the government will react once bitcoin will suppress their fiat system

The freedom to do what you want with your own money is also which is one of the more important aspects of Bitcoin for me. It feels amazing to own something that can change the financial sector.

To be frank it really hasn't made much of a positive impact maybe for some but majority I don't think it has.  It may in the future, but what do you expect?

It's changing finance. Plain and simple. You can see all over the financial world is starting to wake up to the news. It's being r fledged in the price already.
I guess the banks have found some other way to game the system and are starting to just do the business end of their job properly

Most important impact that bitcoin have made?
- Making the whole transactions anonymous and also very minimal fee  / Full control for the user  / No such restrictions base on eligibility of countries for it's use  /  Already as payments on many websites

Will make or has been making to our society?
- Making our life a lot easier upon doing online stuff

I like a lot of stuff about Bitcoin.  One, I like the fact that the payments are quick and easily tracked.  Two I like the fact that you are somewhat anonymous online when using it.

I also like the fact the value changes a lot, and is easy to see what the value is.

The most amazing thing to me is that Bitcoin exist without a Federal Reserve, or any person or group of people that would decide somewhere out there what will they do with it and in which direction will they push it, like it happens with Fiat currencies worldwide.

Here we have this computer algorithm that runs on many people's computers and gives us this very valuable currency.

Amazing!

For the time being, its greatest impact in my view is opening new money-earning opportunities for people who earn money online. Faucets, forum posting, microjobs, investments etc. have multiplied due to bitcoin.

I think for me it would be easier distribution of wealth through micro payments and also the innovation it brought to the stagnated financial system. We are now seeing lots more innovation in the financial sector, to keep up with the benchmark Bitcoin has set.

It is the revolution age of finance and innovation that goes with that.  Grin

I could probably write an entire book on this subject. To put it simply Bitcoin is trust without centralized authority, which can be extended to many different applications. The consequences of this are extremely profound and far reaching. It can change the world in huge ways, even change the world in ways that we can not even imagine today.

Another way that I like to state this is by saying that money is power and Bitcoin changes the fundamental nature of money and therefore also changes the fundamental nature of power.

The fact you can be your own bank. Never, ever, ever before a currency would allow you to be your own bank with the versatility of Bitcoin. Of course you could have gold bank then, but have fun storing gold around, sending ti all over the world instantly etc. Bitcoin s the *ultimate* form of money. This is a really futuristic approach which is why most people just aren't ready to deal with it.
