Bitcoins have certain impacts which are influencing today's world.
Positive impacts ↓↓
(1) Making world cashless-- It online transaction system, no need of physical cash.
(2) Easy money transfer-- Going banks to deposit money is a history now, send money right to your loved ones, sitting at home..!!
Negative impact ↓↓
(1) Makes people less physically active-- Harmful for your health, though!
(2) Carelessness Is harmful--If you lost your device and forgot your PIN, it can become a big problem!! (Except the offline private key backup)

For you which could be the most important impact that bitcoin have made, will make or has been making to our society?

For the time being, its greatest impact in my view is opening new money-earning opportunities for people who earn money online. Faucets, forum posting, microjobs, investments etc. have multiplied due to bitcoin.

Aside from that, it  opened a new world wherein we can be our own banks without the need for any authority to control our spending. Also put pseudoanonymous spending into account, and bitcoin haa definitely changed the way we view money today.

In few countries where the governments control its currency and prevent it or limit its exchange with the other fiat, bitcoin is a great alternative that can't be controlled or limited

Gave us the freedom how and what we decide to do with our money. In the future I see it functioning as a full fledge payment option although right now the impact wasn't that great but in the future things will be very much improved.

Government will not control our personal spending. It is not its intention or task. It just wants to extract tax from us and spend at its own will. When we are paid with bitcoin, as it is more traceable than cash, it can tax us more effectively. We will end up paying more tax.

I should think, the biggest impact it has made, was to introduce a more reliable direct person to person payment method for online transactions. The traditional online payment

Decentralisation. Unlike most other online payment methods, users doesn't have to trust any third party when making payments and thus reduce the chances of it getting frozen. It also give the idea of storing verifiable data on a public ledger and gave many companies the idea of using blockchain for storing stuff.

We might recognize in the future that bitcoin's biggest impact in the current years has been to slowly enter people's minds as a safe haven alternative; one which is immunized against governments (taxes, embargoes, border controls, capital controls, surveillance ...), etc.

Being boss over your own money has made the biggest impact on me personally. That's why I love Bitcoin so much. I don't have to let third parties take control over my money and hope they don't mess up. Because you simply don't know if they will mess up. It's a scary thought that your money is not in your control.

The blockchain technology as well. It has made banks, governments and others aware of the fact that their current systems are old fashion compared to the blockchain. They are testing and will probably replace their old systems once they feel 100% comfortable to do so.

IMO, Bitcoin has largely allowed users to use their coins without restrictions or getting it frozen. It countered the effort of governments to try to freeze the money of it's citizen. It also allowed near instant settlement which is great for goods, compared to other reversible methods.
