Philly won with a strong game. Harden was unfairly kicked out and didn't play in the last quarter, but Maxey still filled that gap by playing well. Embiid should have been kicked out in my opinion. The referees keep making weird decisions. I think this series was over when it was 2-0, now it's 3-0 and the Nets have no chance. I said they played with weak opponents after the 2nd game, there were those who said that the Nets were too strong here, but we saw who was right.

Just show the depth of Philly again, no Harden and yet the Nets wasn't able to exploit that. I mean they are in the good lead even in the last minute of the game. But for some strange reasons, they can't score and then they didn't guard Maxey who took that 3 and that should be the dagger.

Dinwiddie try to drive and he was lucky that a call was made. But after that, Philly score easy and the Nets missed that shot.

I thought that they are going to take a win in this game as they are in control of the game and Joel Embiid is not moving great. Most likely he is suffering some injuries after this game.

Pretty amazing that Philly could win after that bizarre call on Harden.  Both sides were being unfairly refed though so at least is seemed fair in that regard.  Embiid got to show why he's an MVP candidate.  I think the Nets are done and probably shouldn't have been in the playoffs anyway with their roster.  It looks like the Clippers aren't far behind the Nets either.  With no Paul George and now it's looking like no Kawhi, I don't think they have a chance against the Suns.  Westbrook played as good as he could to keep them in the last game, but they're just outmatched.

Now it's even but not that literally even win it comes to standing because the Sixers are just one win away from sweeping the Nets and be the first team to advance in the second round. The Nets are good, I'd give them that because after the trade, they still managed to hold their position and still clinched a playoff spot, but the caliber of their players aren't that good against the other teams in the playoffs right now. I'd say that they are just lucky to be in the first round but that's it.

Somehow the result of their series is quite expected because sixers got a lot advantage compare to the young team of Nets. Maybe for now they are been drowned by sixers and provably they will be sweep by them but this is fine on their end because they still reach this far even if their team has go to many controversy and surprising trades. Maybe next season they should comeback strong since its given that their new young rooster has a talent and Nets just need to develop them.

Yeah if Paul George is coming back there would be a chance but according to media insiders he is unlikely to return for a game in the first round of the playoffs.

Even with home court advantage now I don't see the Clippers beating the Suns because Phoenix just has too many offensive weapons. There is only 1 Kawhi but 2 crazy shooters to defend with KD and Book. My prediction for this series is Suns in 6 but I would also be happy with an upset, not a fan of super team chasing Kevin Durant anymore.

It would be okay if he does not return in the first half, as based on what I'm seeing, the Clippers really have a decent chance of winning due to the great chemistry of Westbrook and Leonard. Sometimes, two superstars are better than having a big 3, as there are only two options on the team to carry the load.

Game 3 is tomorrow, and we will see if the Clippers will be able to take advantage of their home court. Winning tomorrow will give them a good lead in the series, as the next game will also be on the same venue.

Paul George's injury is really a big problem for the team right now but the Clippers can somehow manage without him as long as Kawhi will lead the team and the remaining guys will step up their game to help their star. But the Clippers situation became worse when Kawhi was ruled out in the game earlier and just like Paul George, Kawhi's situation is still not determined whether he can play in Game 4 or not.

LA Clippers were also very surprising today despite losing PG and Kawhi being out, Russell westbrook really lived up to the expectation, and Norman Powell was also magnificent, they really took the game to the Suns and all the Suns players had to being court until the very last second to secure the win. It sure would have been a very different turn of events If PG and Kawhi were to be available for this series. However, Russell westbrook isn't doing a bad job as the current leader of the team, tbh.

Yes, the remaining roster of the LA Clippers isn't really playing bad and they are doing everything they can just to keep the team afloat while their stars are gone but it's just that the Phoenix Suns are quite too much for them especially if the Big Four are present.

Few hours from now, Game 4 will begin and sad to say, Kawhi Leonard is ruled out in the game while PG is said to miss the whole first round. Or should I say the whole post season because without him and Kawhi, the Clippers are in a dangerous spot.

the scariest part is that he spoke very calmly as if he really didn't care about le bron, I even thought he had been knocked over the head before the interview. lebron is much older than him and he should respect a player the size of lebron who is a living legend, who has a great solid career, while he is still very young compared to lebron, it was sad to see that a journalist laughed at these words from Dillon Brooks because he found it funny, anyway I didn't find this interview funny at all


Brooklyn Nets - Philadelphia 76ers

this is a very important game for the Brooklyn Nets, they can't lose in this game at all, a defeat here then it's all over for them, so I see them playing under a lot of pressure which will make them make a lot of mistakes especially if the your opponent is scoring a lot during the game, while the Philadelphia 76ers come to this game with much more comfort, they just need to ensure a victory in this game, so they will play more calmly because they are better positioned in relation to their opponent, for That's why in my opinion Philadelphia will win this game

I guess there is a borderline between cockiness and disrespect. It's true that what old school basketball says about Michael Jordan is that he is feared as compare to Lebron. But if Brooks is like disrespecting Lebron here, I do agree it might not end very well not just for Brooks, but the whole Memphis team. Even Draymond in his podcast is trashing Brooks, and I guess every one in the West will. The likes of CP3 or Booker if ever they face Memphis in this playoff will not let his trash talking but Brooks. And he could be one of the most hated player in the West for sure. And until they haven't win any ring, they can do all the trash talking but it won't help them not much.

So yeah, even a non-Laker fans will be interested to see how this series will evolved with James vs Brooks competition and trash talking.

You want news. I'll give some news regarding who's in and who's out.

Kawhi Leonard will be out in Game 4 because of the same injury. When the time comes that they needed him the most, he can't contribute to the team. PG13 is out, now he is out. There might be a chance that the Clippers might be losing in 5 games. Yes they played well in Game 3 without Kawhi, but can they do it again in Game 4? Take note that they're up against a team who has 4 all-star players. I don't know, but I've got a feeling that they will lost in 5 games. Kawhi is a very unreliable superstar.

Joel Embiid will be out as well in Game 4 because of an injury. The reason that I've seen in the internet is that he fell so many times in that Game 3 win against the Nets that he got injured. Well, they're up 3-0 so losing in Game 4 wouldn't hurt them that much so... yeah maybe giving him time to rest as well.

Kawhi's absence give the Suns another advantage over the starless Clippers. I know Powell can still give a decent contribution and Westbrook too is helping the team in any way he can as he is now leading the team but unfortunately, that is not enough to stop the well-experienced roster of the Phoenix Suns. And if this injury they got will drag on, I'm afraid to see that their first win in Game 1 will be their last win.

For the Sixers, yes, it wouldn't hurt the team if they lost a single game because they are still leading the series and Embiid's injury was reported minor so there is a huge chance that he might be back in the next game if the Sixers can't finish the series tonight. But seeing the game, this might be a sweep.

Clippers are usually not a good playoff team because of this. Kawhi keeps needing rest and that was his issue since his last year in Spurs as well. That dude went from being out most of the season at Spurs, to being out of Raptors most season (and they got lucky and won a ring so others thought it would be possible for them so offered him max) and then went to clippers and missing most games there too.

All in all I am guessing that we are not going to really end up seeing much change for Clippers, they are going to end up losing eventually because Kawhi will not be 100% and not going to help them too much. I hope that changes soon and he gets better but he is definitely the worst superstar I have ever seen, worst FMVP for sure and he did that twice. Dude basically called it a career at that point.

Those are big news for these teams. Kawhi needs to take rest for a while and let's see if they can do it without him on the game 4.
It's most likely that it's not going to be a win for them but then, they need to overcome this challenge or else they'll give Suns the momentum. However, it's expected that Suns will take this series.

As good as the Clippers are, they cannot stop a powerhouse team like the Suns without their main guns, Kawhi and Paul George. Russell Westbrook has done everything, 37pts 6 rebound for 40 minutes inside the court but without Kawhi, no one can stop KD. Add Booker and CP3 in the mix and that is the perfect combination. They could have given the Suns a fight if at least Kawhi was on the floor. But without him, Clipper fans will have to accept that this is an early playoff exit for the Clippers.

Memphis's trash talking bs really is making things hard for them. At the moment they are the most hated team, and they deserve it.

Also took a bet for the Lakers against the Grizzlies on their 3rd game of the Playoffs. Not because I wanted Lakers to shut down the trash talk, but the Lakers have been solid in their home lately and have defended their home 5-1 in their last 6 games. They should be able to defend their home as long as Davis and Lebron are playing. Even if Morant comes out of injury this game, I think the Lakers will be able to handle them at home.

The trash talk is part of the game. I like that the young Memphis team is not afraid of the more experienced Lakers team. This should make the game very interesting to watch.

I do not think anyone is expecting anything from the Nets right now. Sure they got into the playoffs, but without the proper stars to back the team, they have nothing against the 76ers, even without their main man Embiid. Brooks seems like an overconfident person. However, we shouldn't take Dillon's comments in that interview seriously because it's obvious that he was just trying to demoralize LeBron. I think if LeBron scores 30-40 points in tonight's game and his teammates help him beat the Grizzlies, that would be the best answer to that inappropriate trash talk from Brooks.

Referring to Game 2, the Bucks were able to pin down hard the Miami Heat even playing without Giannis. Lots of their gunners established good field goal shooting percentages from the perimeter and beyond the arc. The Bucks established 25 3-pointers that night.

I agree with you that the Bucks made a good decision to just sit out Giannis tonight. They need him in the later part of the series and to avoid a possible bad scenario wherein Giannis might be out of the series because of his injury. On the other hand, Miami Heat's Tyler Herro is now out of the series because of the injury he sustained in Game 1. If things will be fortunate for the Miami Heat, Herro's return will be in the NBA Finals.

Miami Heat took game 3, but it came at an emotional cost with Victor Oladipo getting injured with what seemed a tough one for Miami Heat team at large having already lost Tyler Herro for the entire playoffs, Oladipo had to be helped off the court, it really doesn’t look for a guy whose missed almost 2 years of his peak era.

Milwaukee Bucks should have the advantage for game 4 especially with Gianni being expected to play while the Heat not being very healthy already have lost some important players.

Dillon Brooks called for the Flagrant Foul 2 and was ejected from the game. The same as what James Harden did back at Brooklyn where he hit the balls of the defender, this time Brooks hit Lebron's important eggs too.   Well, that's a good way to stop him from making 40 points in a game but in exchange for him being thrown out and not helping his teammates.
Ja Morant exploded in the 4th quarter but not enough to bring them back closer to tying or winning the game.

Lebron James had 29 points, 9 rebounds, and 5 assists. But the most effective player was Austin Reaves, he definitely played like it was a championship game hustling in both the offensive and defensive ends of the floor. 13/6/2 It cannot be seen on paper but he did great today.

Looks like the morale of the Nets team just disappeared after how they lost to them in Game 3. I mean they have a chance to win on that game, but that last play caused them the game, and the whole series as well.

Well, that's how it is folks. A one mistake can cause the whole series, and that's what happened to the Nets. Better luck next season, and they are a new team already. Their all stars are gone, their have a new coach. They just need to rebuild that chemistry for them to be a competitive team next season.

TBH, the Bucks are in danger right now without Giannis.

I mean they played really well in Game 2 where they won without him, but in Game 3 it's a different story. The players that they needed offensively didn't step up on this one, but Butler on the other hand lead his team with 30 points, and it's unusual for me to see Robinson scoring 20 though he is capable because he's a good three-point shooter. Fast recovery for Butler and Oladipo is what I'm hoping for, and the Bucks really need Giannis, or they might lose the series TBH. They're the top team overall, but they are down 2 games to 1 against an 8th seeded team.

Well, it's good to see Westbrook doing things, but against at team with 4 superstars? I don't think so as they lost to the Suns by 12 points.
Powell who scored 41 in their last game scored only 14 points now. If Westbrook played awfully again, this lead might be larger at the end of the game.

Durant and Booker lead their team with 61 points, Paul scored 19 points with 9 assists, Ayton with 15 points and 13 rebounds. The problem that I'm seeing with the Suns is their bench players. In this game, their bench only scored 9 points, and that's a problem in the playoffs because somebody needs to step up at least in offense if somebody gets injured. Anyway, they swept the road games against the Clippers, and they will come back home for Game 5. I don't know if Kawhi will play in Game 5, but even he plays until Game 7 (which is unlikely), they will not win still.

First, it's good to see Morant playing after having that hand injury, and lead his team with 45 points, but the duo of AD and Lebron is just too much for them as they combined for 56 points to get the win, and lead the series 2-1

Brooks is copying what Draymond Green is doing, but he can't do it. Davis on the other hand is the game changer for the Lakers team. When he plays like that in Games 3 & 1, they win, but if he don't like in Game 2, they lost. In order for the Lakers to steal this series, they need Davis to play like in Game 3, and contribute to his team.

It's also good to see Hachimura playing his best playoff series right now. He contributed very well in the past 3 games, and in this game, he scored 16 points.

The Lakers took the series 2-1. The Lakers defeated Memphisi 111-101 in the night's game. The strangest thing in this game was Memphis scoring 9 points in the first period. Although Memphis was more effective in the 2nd and 4th periods, the mediocre basketball game in the first period caused the defeat. The next match will be on April 25. If the Lakers win this game, they will go away with a big advantage.
