wow it was good news to see lakers win this game but must admit this game of lakers against warriors were games with surprising results, in the first game the points difference was 5 points but surprisingly in the second game the points difference was 27 points, it was a very humiliating defeat for the lakers, but it is unbelievable that in the third game the lakers won and managed to have a difference of 30 points, in the 4th game the lakers managed to win by a small difference of points, but in the fifth game the lakers lost by 15 points of difference, it really seemed that in the 6th game everything was going to a defeat of the lakers

but surprisingly in the sixth game the lakers won by a difference of 21 points, something very interesting in this game is that in addition to this big difference in points, the lakers did not lose in any of the 4 periods, in the first period they won by 5 points of difference, in the second period they won by 5 points of difference, in the third period they won by 4 points of difference and in the fourth period they won by 7 points of difference, it was a game in which the lakers were very good and won convincingly

End of an era at GSW in my opinion. It was a fun ride with epic memories but I don't see them having a bounce from this in the next years. Also , some trades might occur in this summer.

It was normal for Lakers but also for Heat to win this series and I still don't get it why Heat is not 2nd favorite in this one ? They can beat either Denver or Lakers if they will reach the finals as I don't see neither Celtics or 76ers to beat Heat in next series.

The team is still solid, Klay and Steph have enough in the tank. Wiggins is good as well, GPJ has a lot of years left. And Poole, well he has a lot of potential, he just needs to use it.

They need to get a solid big man, especially for defence. Just have Draymond and Looney protecting the rim is just not enough.

^ No game 6 Klay, I thought he will be the one helping Steph in this game, but it was Donte DiVincenzo. Bad time for the Warriors to really caught up with their bad shooting.

On the other hand, the Lakers doesn't want to go to game 6, Bron and AD, Austin Reaves and D'Lo wanted to finished the series.

You really have to give it to their new coach for the adjustments here. And Pat Beverly and Russell Westbrook chance to get a ring is still alive with the Lakers eventhough they are no longer with them as far as I know.

Maybe Klay Thompson didn't have a 100% condition and as we saw he play a couple of minutes but he only score less. Which pretty bad for warriors team that curry don't have resback in three points play which is their hope is only play Thompson if he played well then there's a chance that warriors push to game 7 but sad to say play Thompson is very unlucky even he attempt to shoot in A three point line but he can't not like their previous Games.

I'm thinking Denver makes it to the Finals but not sure who they will face from the East. None of the teams are really dominant. My guess is probably Boston Celtics pull out the win and it's Denver vs Boston for the title. Jokic gets a ring. Just my guess though.

Then we are in the same boat. That's my prediction for this NBA Finals too. I think they have the firepower to do so and their defense had also been better, especially facing the Suns with Kevin Durant and Devin Booker who are known for their strong offensive power. If a team can stop those guys then they won't probably have a hard time with the rest.
We will see. It's Anthony Davis that I am worried about when he faces Jokic. Can they really stop the Joker from being so good at the painted area and spraying the ball anywhere? When it comes to putting a big body against Lebron, it's also covered by Aaron Gordon.

There's no denying that Jokic is a monster this playoff. So I wouldn't be surprised if they go all the way to the finals for the first time. The Lakers are good, but I don't see anyone that can guard Jokic one on one here. So maybe I will go with Nuggets here on their series against the Lakers. Good for those Lakers backers in their series against the Warriors. I thought that the Warriors can get it in 7, but Lakers can't be stop.

Yes mate Denver nuggets will be the favorite and as we all know that Denver nuggets played very good they are one of the best team this season and as I observe Lakers will be struggling in this unless they make and adjustment and for sure nuggets will take for care in game 1 and then LA Lakers will make an adjustment like what they do in Warriors. But for this series I'll pick Denver to be a champion.

There’s an overwhelming difference between Nuggets and Warriors when facing Lakers. Warriors has a weak paint points capability because they are lacking players that can overcome Davis inside. Warriors main weapon is their accurate 3points which is not working against Lakers that’s why they are beaten badly. Nuggets on the other hand have Joker and Gordon that can break the defense of Lakers even with Davis.

Nuggets have a better roster than Warriors so Lakers will have a hard time beating the top seed because it’s very balance team with Joker as a wildcard. I doubt Davis can still show same performance on Warriors against Nuggets since he already have his match.

I will go for Nuggets too if I will gonna bet on this game 1. They beat Suns 4-2 despite KD, Booker and Ayton combo which is very strong already.

The Denver Nuggets have successfully taken things away from Phoenix. This was kind of expected for almost everyone. They are performing really well right now. I also see the Lakers not being able to actually perform very well against the Nuggets. Jokic and Murray are going to be causing a lot of problems for the Lakers.

But I think the latest will have to be very careful about the Nuggets as a team because almost all of the players in the Nuggets are actually in good form.

have that potential as the core still playing and there are players who can adjust and improve.

They just need to re-assess what happened and see if how they will be able to fill whatever is missing.

Wiggins who adjust last year to fill that piece maybe they just need to enhance in terms of rotating the defense.

People are underestimating Lakers a lot, we may see them go to finals. Remember the time Lebron lead a series in points, rebounds, assists, steals and blocks all at the same time? I am not saying he will do that, but we all know what he can do if he has to carry and not like he lost a series before, he did, and he may lose this one too, Denver is amazing and all and Jokic is unmatched and can't be guarded but Lakers is Lakers and Lebron is Lebron.

I think if given enough chances then we could end up with a good series. I do not see any clear winner here, I think it will be a close series that may end in 6 or 7 at least. That means even though it might be won by Denver, at least it will be close enough, or maybe Lakers will shock you all and win the series.

We know that there's always an end to everything. If GSW had get that spot on 2017-2018-2022 then i would agree on what been said above that it wouldnt really be that much possible on upcoming seasons to come.
Do we really think that other teams hadnt been able to see on what things should really be done on beating up GSW or something a tier 1 or a champ team? Of course they would really be needing to see up those holes or flaws on which they could break in.

We know that GSW is known on having those splash brothers which focusing point mostly on 3's. Then the solution? Boxing them out and using up some extreme guard or defense into those point makers
and they did succeed. Having some good tanks under the basket?  Davis would really be the solution. This is what we do see on here, they did really just able to put up the piece on beating up
this team. Also like to note, that Reeves is better than Kuzma i should say and this young man does really fit out for LA.

Speaking about against Denver? This is where they would be a headache on how they would be stopping Jokic.

I also don't see a clear winner but Lakers is probably going to have a harder time than Denver. Ok, Lebron is amazing and another amazing thing is that he is doing these at his age. That is really crazy how he can be this effective at this age. The game intelligence and sharpness are unbelievable. Does what the team needs; He assists the team when necessary, or leaves the ball to the hot player, and finds his own score when necessary. When his shot doesn't go in, he goes to the basket. He contributes to the defense with rebounds and blocks even when he falls short of his standards in offense. In a word, it's magnificent. And to think that they almost didn't make the playoffs. But Denver is also on fire and their core players have been playing together for a long time now. There might not be a clear winner of this series but Denver seems more favourable.

I think whoever comes out of the series between Philadelphia and Boston will be exhausted. They will have difficulty dealing with Jimmy Butler and the rest of the Miami Heat. But I also think whoever wins in Boston vs Philadelphia series will eventually win the Eastern Conference Finals. I agree that the Nuggets might be the ones who will win the Western Conference Finals. They are dominant right now. I will be happy if any of these teams win the Championships. Whether it is Jimmy, Jason Tatum, Embiid, or Jokic. They deserve to finally get a ring.

Too bad for GSW, I really thought they will have a great win today but the result is different, I lose a bet but its good to see how GSW played the game, they still tried their best and fell short, come back stronger GSW!

I also bet for them and thought they could extend the series to game 7 but the shooting just did not come with them in this game. Too bad that Curry does not get help from the other offensive players on the team but that is what GSW is. They live and die with their 3-point shooting. It is a double edge sword. If they get a hot hand, they'll win. If it is cold, they lose.

Anyway, Westbrook is no longer part of the Lakers so technically there's no chance for him to get a ring.

If the Lakers win it all this year, Westbrook will get a ring since he played a big chunk of the season with the Lakers. Even though he was traded out of the team, He can still get a ring. It is not the ideal way to get a ring, but they are still entitled to get a ring.

I totally agree. The chemistry that the Nuggets have built over the years cannot be taken for granted. That is why they are on the top right now. I think if the Nuggets have been healthy this past few years, they could have dominated the league earlier. Luckily this year, all their cores are healthy in the playoffs. If they stay healthy and with the way they are playing right now, I doubt the Lakers will be able to beat them.

LeBron plays really well and has the capacity to do whatever it takes to become a champion when he's around. He showed once again what a serious superstar he is with 9 rebounds and 9 assists in the last game. Despite his advanced age, he can achieve great success in every statistic.

Well if him and AD will win another ring together with this set of players? yeah, we will give them respect. But we all know that they are all bang up, specially Anthony Davis, he needs to healthy against the Nuggets if they want to win the series and move on to the NBA finals.

If this is the version of Lebron in the second coming to Cavs, he can take over the game and win. He has age a lot since then, although he can still score and dunk, he needs a second man, a wing man and that should be Anthony Davis. And it's a great matchup in the post, DAvis vs Jokic, but I think Jokic has the advantage because he is more agile and more moves down the lane and it might be difficult for Davis to guard him one on one.

TBH, I'm one of them that are underestimating the Lakers, but after this series against the Warriors, I still don't see them winning the Western Conference, and going into the NBA Finals. I have respect for Lebron though because he's one of the greatest basketball player in the NBA history.

The Lakers with AD and Lebron healthy plus good role players makes them one of the formidable teams right now. They're also the best defensive teams after trade deadline last February. They also became number 1 in free throw attempts after trade deadline. However, the Nuggets are at the top of the Western Conference for many reasons. They have good bench players who can step up if needed. They also have Jokic who might not that good in defense, but his all-around skills are just out of this world. I will not be surprised if Jokic will focus more on passing rather than shooting because he will be guarded by Davis most of the time.

Nuggets in 6. That's my prediction. What the Nuggets need is to defend their home court in the first 2 games because that's the key for the Lakers in winning their last 2 series. They stole Game 1, defended their home, and got the victory.

They’re saying Chris Paul is done in Phoenix. Vegas currently has the odds on Chris Paul being with the Lakers next season. This wouldn’t surprise me at all as LeBron has always wanted to play with Chris Paul. I’m not sure having an injury prone Chris Paul on the roster with Anthony Davis will be great for the postseason. They’ll probably talk about it during tonight’s game.

Poor chris paul, he is a really good player but he cant win a ring. And Lakers... need to take care about the elderly of their player, Lebron its the King but he is now nearby to 40 years old, and Crish its in the same path. I know they have some youngers but its complicated this BIG players always want to play all the minutes they can, and we know how it ended, with a ton of fights between players, and capping the youngers.


About games, i think Miami - Boston its gonna be in the east the final. And in the west i dont have a clue, because between GS and Lakers, its just how sharp the splash brothers are what define the serie.

He would be perfect for Lakers they love aging stars.  In all honesty it's probably a good fit but with cp3, Bron and AD you will never know how healthy any of them will be and for how long they could sustain all being on the court together.  But at this point Bron can pick his teammates so I see this happening as well.

So there you have it- I have lost around $100 betting on GSW this season but everything is all good. Their playoff performance was at least worthwhile watching but they just fell short against the Lakers.

On game 6, I was seriously hoping for a "game 6 Klay" but it did not happen. Lebron James and Davis are just too strong, with the former being so formidable and almost unguardable with his physique. I was also hoping like at the back of my mind that GSW would take revenge on their 2016 performance where they blew a 3-1 lead against the Cavs and they would also be able to do it this season.

Hopefully next season, things would change in GSW and trades would happen. Since my team is now eliminated, I am hoping for the Heat or the LAL to win this season! Though this may be the case, I would not gamble any more money for the meantime after experiencing this loss.

TBH, I'm one of them that are underestimating the Lakers, but after this series against the Warriors, I still don't see them winning the Western Conference, and going into the NBA Finals. I have respect for Lebron though because he's one of the greatest basketball player in the NBA history.

I think a lot of people didn't expect that the Lakers would be so good in the playoffs since their regular season performance was pretty mediocre. As for the upcoming Western Conference Finals, it is worth noting that the Nuggets and Lakers met each other four times during the regular season, and the result is tied. So I wouldn't prematurely label the Lakers as the underdog of the upcoming series.
