A real bummer that the Kings weren’t able to win game 7 against the Warriors. I thought they were going to light the beam and end the Warriors legacy but it just wasn’t in the cards. Steph Curry showed why he’s one of the best of all time and they live to face the Lakers. That should be a great series to watch!

Too inexperienced I guess, Sabonis was nowhere to be found in the second half, while Looney is having another tremendous rebounding game. Fox, probably hurt by his injuries, can't buy a basket. And then Malik Monk saying that Curry is old? backfired on them just like what Brooks says to Lebron and they are now both eliminated.

Curry dropping 50 points in a Game 7? that's the record for now and it's hard to break that one. And so we are going to see two GOAT's going against each other and renewing their rivalries back when Lebron is still with the Cavs. The Warriors will have the home court advantage in this series and for sure will have to take advantage of that.

Kevon Looney shined the most in this game after Steph. Those important offensive rebounds that he took from the Sacramento Kings are also what made the Warriors win this game. If there's a beam that should be lighted, it will be for him. The second chance points of the Warriors have increased thanks to his effort in trying to get another shot for the team. 10 offensive rebounds and 11 defensive rebounds. He almost made more on the former than the latter which is unusual.

Without those names that you mentioned the Golden State Warriors may not even win these games today. I actually want Coach Steve Kerr to put DiVincenzo most of the time that Jordan Poole. He seems to be out of his game lately and that's not the Poole Party that we have seen last year.
But Donte, he is something else, he could see where the ball is going, he can shoot, he can speed up the game, and more importantly he can make the offensive guy suffer by his energetic defensive method. The same goes with Moody who did a great job when a switch happens, and he will try to guard Fox. Warriors have a solid lineup and all they need is consistency.

Looney and Wiggins are integral to the offensive playfield in the Warriors. With Looney’s monstrous offensive rebounds, he always takes the opportunity to garner second-chance points whenever he gets the ball into his possession. Not to mention, he fits perfectly in the team chemistry of the Warriors.

Wiggins also contributes offensively on the team. Before he was in the Warriors, he was struggling to find his role as the Wolves made him a core star. But in the Warriors, he fits perfectly as an offensive machine with backup points if needed.

That goes to say that even if the Sacramento Kings are playing like elites, they are still an unexperienced team compared to what the Golden State Warriors have endured throughout the years to be like what they are now. It was not an overnight success for the team, they also had some moments being at the bottom and under the radar. Well, my boy, Stephen Curry dropped a 50 bomb. This was certainly one of the best performances I have ever seen from anyone. In the first two quarters, it was actually tough to choose a team which will be able to win. But in the last two quarters, it was an absolutely unbelievable performance from the Golden State Warriors.

It is true that the Golden State Warriors are actually a better team compared to the kings. And it will also take time for the kings to actually reach the level of the Golden State Warriors.

So the question is, who is going to guard him from the Lakers, Dennis? Austin Reaves, D'Lo? For me Warriors are going to be a bad match-up for the Lakers. They have Wiggins to guard Lebron. And then Looney/Green against AD in the paint.

Game 7 is truly amazing for the Golden State Warriors and more for Stephen Curry it was a wild game I was like watching Stephen Curry's highlight shoots, that a highlights game, that was insane, and on the news it was all Stephen Curry and how he get that 50 points for the team, and right now there are many reporters that is against Curry but after this performance, they could think that Stephen Curry deserves a GOAT status,

it's the experienced and the good communication between the core players of GSW that dominated the game.

For sure, there are good adjustments that will happen coming next season if they still have the same squad from coaches to players.

The funny thing is, it's once again Lebron vs Warriors. This is a different conference, and yet the story continues. I am not sure if it's going to be simple or not, maybe Lebron will get a win, maybe Warriors will do fine, I really can't say much about it and I will have to watch and see what happens. I know that Heat looks better than Knicks, I know Nuggets looked better than Suns, and I can say that Celtics probably will do alright, but when it comes to Lakers vs Warriors, it's a series I am not entirely sure about.

Let the oddmakers decide it on our own behalf and that's fine but I am not trusting the results as much as they do. This is looking like typical "home team wins" series if nothing unexpected happens but something unexpected may happen obviously.

Both have interesting stories this season, Lakers started 2-10 if I'm not mistaken, and there are a lot of drama last last year being carried over, specially the case of Russell Westbrook. But before the trade line, they overhaul their roster, get rid of Westbrook, in exchange of a lot of role players and they started to make a run post season. Then AD becoming healthy, then eliminated the young Memphis the second seed.

For the Warriors the same, ended up 6th seed and many analyst are writing them off. Bad road team, drama between Poole and Green at the start and even prior to the last game, we can see some frustrations, there were reports that Poole and Kuminga are not happy with the minutes they are getting this playoff. But Steph wouldn't let this one slip away, not from the young Kings. Now another storied match up between him and Lebron are going to be written again this playoff series.

It's really the pressure on the shoulder of Fox and the whole team itself, and if a team as young as Sacramento faces a DNA championship caliber like the Warriors, it will be the experience of the team that will prevail. And when the Kings is having pressure to close this series after leading 2-0, the Warriors on the other hand, remain calm as Curry said. And no excuses, Fox to be fair with him has injured his finger in game 5. And obviously, the Kings failed to stop Curry, those bodies that they throw on him wasn't enough to disrupt his shots, Fox, Murray, Monk, Barnes Davis, Mitchell is not effective. And on the contrary, we've seen Curry took 38 field goal attempts in game 7 and that is a lot. And then we have Looney outrebounding Sabonis, and the numbers doesn't line, Warriors won the game when Looney was dominating the boards with 20+ rebounds.

I hope you guys have realized that the Lakers ranked number 1 defensively since the trade deadline and AD just dominated the 2023 DPOY JJJ. The Kings defense is way below than the Lakers. The Lakers could actually put their normal rotation as is, they are not only defending Curry, but the whole GSW team. This is not a 1 on 1 match, it's a team match - so we don't technically analyze 1 on 1 match ups here.

Nevertheless, this is going to be a good series. Some might have said that the Grizz were a better team than the GSW, but I don't believe that either. The Grizz are so inconsistent offensively, If they can't make their shots it was an automatic L for them. GSW is a much better team than the Grizz actually and they are a much experienced team as well.

I respect your opinion, but also take note that regular season is different from playoffs.
Who would've expect that they will win against the heavily favored Grizzlies? Who would've expected that the Heat will win against the Bucks who picked by most that will be the champion? Who would've expect that the Sixers sweep the Nets?

The Lakers might've been a better team post-trade deadline, but we are talking about the Warriors here. One of the best three point shooting teams currently, and to back it up, the Lakers are very wide open to their opponents when it comes to shooting threes. They're allowing their opponents to shoot 36.5 attempts on average (25th), and their opponents are making 12.5 threes on average (20th). For sure the Warriors will exploit this problem of the Lakers. Expect them to shoot more on threes than in twos.

Anyway, like you said, it will be a good series, and it's a classic one because we will see Steph and Lebron matching up again after that 4 consecutive Finals match-up. It would be a good series, and I hope that the fans of both teams will be enjoying watching this one. Curry Vs. James Round 5.
