Golden State Warriors almost failed to make it, I wasn't even expecting them to join the play offs. I've been following their Facebook and Instagram site and I see their posts that they lost, and lost again and lost again. GSW is good when Curry is around, but without Curry, I don't think they have a good chance to make it to the Finals. What happened to their strength in numbers?
Failed to make it? They are at number 2 my friend. They are a strong team even without Curry for now. Durant is there and the whole team have a lot to offer. Green with the defensive line, Livingston, Young and Thompson can also offer their good offensive power. This is not a one man team. It is just better when Curry is around because of his offensive explosion. Even with the whole NBA combined they will still get in at number 3 spot. Rockets 65-17 Raptors 59-23 Warriors 58-24 Celtics 55-27 They kept on losing because of the injuries of their main players and the are just back a week ago. The season standing does not matter anymore if you are a real warriors fan because you know what they can do. Even though they will not gonna have a home court advantage but their talent could surprise their opponent, when they are all back, everything will also be back to normal.

Wooooo! One of the most awaited moment every season before the finals, the playoffs! Ready to bet with my team boys but with personal bet not with sports book. I'll love the thrill now while watching each match. My bet for the East(Win). Celtics** actually I love Bucks but Celtics are playing well for this season. Heat** Cavs** Raptors**

So yes this is it, season now finally ended and we're now getting some thrilling action at the Playoffs. Some changes had been made to the matchups I speculated. Here are now the head to head team match in the upcoming Playoffs: (image loading... please wait) I would say its Warriors VS Rockets for West (almost a guaranteed spot for these two), then Cavaliers VS. 76ers for EAST (It can be Boston but its not that existing). The East will be ruled by Lebron again because there's no other team that can guard him in the east. Maybe Boston has a chance but they Kyrie will miss the rest of the playoffs so they are out of the picture. It is a possible GWS-CAVS rematch but we all know who will be the champ is. Its GSW or Houston this year.

I will just say that one of the competing teams will stay out of Playoffs. And it will be loser of the match between Wolves and Nuggets.
GSW against SPURS, I hope that both Curry and Kawhi would play for the 1st round! Can't wait for the POs to start! I believe that both Kawhi and Curry will not gonna play on the first round. But I believe that GSW can still go to the Eastern finals without Curry since they are solid team and not relying only on steph. There other players that can cover the role of curry. In terms of Spurs, They are strong too but they are just in bad luck since they will be facing GSW in first round. A simple correction, Spurs and Warriors are on the western side. Though, I must disagree, Curry plays a big factor for the warriors and most of there plays are revolving to Steph. Warriors really has deep lineup but missing their key player is a big big hurt for them, especially, that Rockets is still on there way. Don't be so complacement, Spurs is still a contender. It might go the other way, who knows.

Good thing about Spurs is they got used without Kawhi on the line up for so long and vice versa with the GSW. It will be a good game. Both have an average offense and a good defensive strategy. I just hope Kerr wont be eaten by great plays of Pops.

They just need to surpass that first round but I guess they will be having a hard time with SAS. If this ended up with a Game 7 then Curry might be there playing. But that is also a risk since the play will be changed all over again. This will be hard times for GSW. Enduring how much the Spurs could bring in the game will be a hard task. They really need a win. I will still bet for them even without Curry on the line up.

Always as possible, but that will just remained as "possible" as honestly Im not even sure who be on the finals. I will disregard their season records here because it doesn't matter. What matters for me is their head to head series this last season on which somehow a good reference (only applicable for matchup that both teams have a healthy lineup). As for Spurs vs Warriors match, I see this will be a closed game. As per reports, Stephen Curry is not expected to play even a minute in the first round. Well they are still a deadly team but Warriors with Curry is more like a usual "system" rotating in their team and that is backed up even by their main man Kevin Durant. What I noticed is, everytime Kevin Durant turned into scoring machine, his teammates are not doing the same thing and you all can see that in their stats. Hope that will not be like that once playoffs came. Let's see how will they handle San Antonio Spurs that really fought hard to get a playoffs spot. Most people really eyeing for Warriors at this match. As posted above, good thing Spurs are likely can play well without Leonard this time. His absence for long time make Spurs getting used to it.

There's a possibility but too much injury for the GSW. I'm starting to look for other teams to match in the finals but I can't give an exact or accurate prediction from now on. What's good to see right now is to enjoy the playoffs.

NBA matches are unpredictable so we can't really so for a gambler, we can't really say on what team "should" we placed our bet. Are going to just rely on luck? Although there is no assurance that we can always have a good result from doing analyzation, it's still a wise thing to do. Nah we can't just bet and bet and bet and face the risks in the first place. Some ESPN analyst gave their forecast on the 1st round of the playoffs. I recommend reading it. Like I said, no assurance but still a good reference. http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/23091316/espn-forecast-nba-playoff-predictions-win-sweep-round-1

You are right we can't just rely on luck because at as much as possible we have to gained knowledge on it. In gambling there is no 100% winning chance but we can make it closed to it. Luck must always accompanied by good reference in terms of sports betting. I too are having trouble choosing a right bet, not just with the teams but I really care for the odds. I like to bet on winners of the series. Any idea where can I do that?

On the dropdown menu (Sportsbook), just head on NBA SERIES then all matches for the first round of playoffs are there. Not sure if they will opened up a NBA Champion betting like Directbet always did even at a start of NBA season. I miss Directbet because of that betting option lol. It gaves me a decent profit last 2016 NBA Finals + the series match.

Although there are some sports analyst that could summarize everything for yout convenience, but still its different when you know which team is winning and which is not, by following every game the played. Its not too late yet. You can review some of their games before deciding which team has a huge winning potential.

They take out key players at certain points so to conserve them for the more important games at the end of the series runs. That sometimes work if they do eventually make it that far in their respective series.

GSW is good when Curry is around, but without Curry, I don't think they have a good chance to make it to the Finals. What happened to their strength in numbers?
Even without Steph Curry, the Golden State Warriors are still the team to beat in the playoffs as long as Kevin Durant is healthy. I would prefer Curry out that Durant out because Durant is an all around player and if the Warriors badly needed point, they go to this guy.

So, Playoffs have started We saw pure dominance of Warriors who, even without Curry, manage to dominate over Spurs 113:92. Durant didn't need to play in 4th quarter due to BO. Warriors showed that they would have no problems in this series. And after Curry returns, they will be available to attack NBA title, once again.

And if they don't have Kawhi Leonard consider it to be a sweep as that was a Blow Out. Just watching the Raptops game and it is just back and forth as John Wall is keeping the Wizards in this game, with those plays in the second quarter stealing and passing it like only Wall knows how it is done in the post.

I think this Golden State Warriors vs San Antonio Spurs Series will not go beyond game 5 because as i can see it the Spurs can't match up the offensive firepower of the Warriors. Warriors in 5.

I would like to see San Antonio at least extends the game and really test how good Golden State without Curry because this is play-off time. This is really good though for Golden State if they are tested, at least we are going to see their true colors and be ready for tough next round opponent. As for San Antonio, without Leonard it will be really difficult to overcome and win this series against Golden State, but winning at least 1 game is not bad. But I wouldn't be surprised though is Golden State sweep the series.
