What do you guys think about this.

https://www.si.com/nba/2018/04/16/lebron-james-maverick-carter-lawsuit-barbershop-show

They are being sued for allegedly stealing their barbershop show concept from a company called Adventure Enterprises. Do you think it will affect James focus on the playoffs?
I don't think so. Why do you think he would ever think about the lawsuit filed against him. Lebron has all the money to pay those who filed a case against him. He will not pay them because he knows that they just want to get compensated. Rich people like Lebron doesn't like digging for their money. And why would they file a case against him? They should file a case to those producers who made them go with that concept.

He will just probably ignore it and let their legal team work on this while his playing for the play offs.

The team will not allow something to disturb their players concentration as this part of the league is one of the most important part.

Yeah losing embiid was a big blow to the sixers this game though of we can't disregard dwade's efforts. I'm sure hr can keep that kind of play if given a chance and we're about to be treated to a wade/simmons show. It's a classic young gun vs old horse experience match up.

But that's not the thinking prior to that game, others just think of it now because Miami Heat literally spoiled the Sixers momentum. Game 1 result lead others to think that Sixers is strong and can handle the Miami Heat even without Joel Embiid and now the idea was changed. Smiley

For Miami Heat, Eric Spoelstra might now be considering removing Wade as 6th man and take the momentum at early phase. It's a good tyming to test it since they will have a homecourt advantage next game. Literally, it's not a good idea since it will destroyed the current phase as Miami Heat is used to play without the isolation play of DWade but since a homecourt advantage is a factor, it can be tests even for few minutes.

DWade delivers when it needed to, that is what real star do.
I will still bet on the heat in game 3, it gives me a good value because the Sixers are still the favorites of the game.
I think Embid will be back and it's gonna be a big challenge for the Heat.

I am sure that the momentum of the series shifted to the Miami Heat with their veteran superstar D-Wade stepping up. But i am also sure that the Sixers will make the necessary defense to limit Wade on the offensive end. Rooting for Sixers here for Game3.

The thing is they are not a defensive team, they rely heavily on outside shooting, the only game changer here is Embid, if he
can play then there is a big chance they can take the lead in the series.
As I notice, whiteside is not performing well, maybe because he is not fully healthy yet?

Congratulations to the Miami Heat, now the series is even and it looks like the Heat has the edge in this series.
Wade just woke up, the vintage all star is carrying the team to a big win, the FG shooting is very impressive, looking forward to another big win
but this time it's gonna be at their home.
Seeing Wade played like a his younger days on the team. He's playing well on his home and I guess his very comfortable playing with Miami instead of playing with Lebron on Cavs. I love watching this play of Dwyane Wade, he's more exposed and used right now unlike before.

Yes. I didn't see that coming. Looks like they made a huge change with their plays.

Wade have been given a lot of chance to shoot the ball and he did it. Now it is going to be a change for the 76ers which is needed.
What they will do? A new offensive player is being put in the middle and they are lacking a center now.

I don't think so that D'Wade can be consistent on that performance. I know that he is a good player but his skills is not the same when he play along to Shaq during there prime. I'm pretty confident that Phila will gonna advance to the second round of the Eastern Conference Playoffs. But still at the end, Cav/Raptors will gonna win Eastern Finals match.

Agreed, Dwade was a superb superstar, but sadly he suffers a lot of injuries that slows him down and affect his performance. He wont be as consistent as during his prime.
I'll root for the younger Sixers this year.

Their coach really did a risky change in play there but it is worth it after the game.
But I have this kind of scary feeling right now.
What if that is just a game of Dwade where he got hot hands.
We know he had been on and off and right now they risking it in the hands of their hall of famer.
I guess Eric really did trust Wade with those kind of games.

Now Sixers needs to change the way they do defense.

Good thing he is not as slow as Jason Terry. Grin
Watched that game against Pelicans and he really did a mess. Grin

Whiteside should be a big factor in the series if he's playing well and could even put up against joel embiid when he returns. Experience will be miami's main advantage here since the sixers are led by talented youngsters. And if wade plays like that all series, it's going to be a very interesting first round

To be honest, I didn't expect this one bit. Milwaukee Bucks are playing horrible basketball. Middleton and Antetokounmpo are the only ones giving their best performances, Brogdon is doing his best for what is expected from him. Jabari Parker is definitely not in Playoffs mode. Eric Bledsoe with that temper and cocky attitude is just a bad picture for himself, who does he think he is. Lying about not knowing who Terry Rozier is, he is the guy cooking you up night in, night out. That head coach, I don't even know what his name is must be changed ASAP.

I am sure that the momentum of the series shifted to the Miami Heat with their veteran superstar D-Wade stepping up. But i am also sure that the Sixers will make the necessary defense to limit Wade on the offensive end. Rooting for Sixers here for Game3.

Honestly Im not questioning the defense made by the Sixers on guarding Dwayne Wade. It's good after all. It's just that Dwade have a hot hands that night that even there is a defense and contested, still he is knocking the rim.

Agree.

We don't know if Dwade can always show that kind of performance on their following games unlike before that he is consistent giving that kind of plays. Well then we just have to see it on their next games.

Didn't able to watched Game 2 (maybe on replay later). You mean Bucks literally trashed? I able to watched their Game 1 series and they are showing good that game. So here in Game 2 it was changed? Well maybe I really need to watch the replay to see what Bucks done.

And by looking at the score sheet, Jayson Tatum of the Celtics only scored 4 points in 30 mins. What if he is not off night then maybe the lead was even larger.

Good thing he is not as slow as Jason Terry. Grin
Watched that game against Pelicans and he really did a mess. Grin
I know what you mean. Roll Eyes

Ended up watching that game right after the Raptors game which was a scorers dream. They were up over 30 points at one time and they just destroyed Washington.
Portland Trailblazers were doing good up until the end. They just let the game go in the last minute and fifty six seconds. Until a guy I have never heard of before took over.
Jrue Holiday kicked their asses single handley with two steals rebounds and the three pointers. It was 105-100 and it looked like Portland was going to do a usual comeback as they always seem to do. And they needed it cause now they are down two games to zero in the series going to New Orleans.
Holiday is there when Davis is not killing it in what he well known to do for taking over games.

Currently watching the live game between Indiana Pacers and Cleveland Cavaliers.

In just 2 minutes of action after the game starts, LeBron James easily scored 6/6 FG for a quick 13 points for him and Victor Oladipo of the Indiana Pacers received already a second foul and both are offensive foul. Damn aggressive. He must be careful if he want to stay alive at whole game.

Let't see how this things will go through. Pacers put Lance Stephenson on 6th man.

19-3 Cavs current score. LeBron James already with 16 and it's just 6:15 on the first half. Shocked

EDIT:

What a great run by Indiana Pacers during the early phase of 2Q. They able to bring down the lead to 7. Victor Oladipo on 3rd foul so yes he sitted early again to prevent 4th foul before the halftime.

58 - 46 HALFTIME CAVS.

We can really see the aggression of Victor Oladipo and if he do continue this kind play then he wont able to sustain and last up for 4th quarter.Lebron is making a move just lead up and they do really need this kind of offense to take up the lead what an outstanding performance we are witnessing with the king once again. It isnt still finished though and might we do see a turnaround.

An astonishing way to start the game for LeBron unlike what he did in their first game that he only shoot the ball twice or thrice in the first quarter. LeBron is fully committed to getting this game 2 after an upset loss, I may not blame him if somehow beginning to be a ball-hogger as long as he carries the Cavs. Though, Love and Korver are trying to keep the pace that Lebron is setting. On the other side, Oladipo shows a lot of aggression inside the court, setting the motion for the pacer but given those efforts, they still fall 100-97 to Cavs. A good game for both teams but I'm not satisfied how the Cavs run there plays.

Expect LBJ on the beast mode tonight. Grin
Lebron James did commit in this game to the losing behavior he displayed in game one which was just a disgraceful act in being the self proclaimed king of the game. Grin
They were playing at home so did not think he would leave the place alive if he did not turn it up in this one and being in jeopardy of going down 0-2 in the series.
I can see them losing their series with the Pacers because Indiana has all the tools in place to end their dominance this time around. Because Price and the newly assigned Korver in this post season for them are just not cutting it and the king can not do it alone.

Watching the Rockets dismantling the T-Wolves right now and can say that James Harden is the sort of player that is showing he is just that type of player that is a one man wreaking crew and is capable of doing it all alone if need be. Wink
55-40 at Half time being in a playoff run is a complete joke with their best player Butler on the bench most of the first half. Roll Eyes

Cavs win the game, lebron dominate and score almost half of the score, leaving the fans hope still alive from this season, though pacers really
got a fully equipped players, but having lebron around still a big difference, if he will keep doing well then cav still have a better chance, lifting
the entire team will also create some confidence with his team mates.

He went out from his comfort zone and played like he's longing to shoot and didn't played for years. Well see on how 76ers will adjust tomorrow, anyway they are tie in standings.
