Since we are busy in NBA playoffs, I rarely have seen some news now and even I didn't post some for quite some time now.

Anyways the upcoming NBA draft will surely be interesting.

Of course, the most hype draftee this year is Duke's Zion Williamson and I know most of you heard this guy already. Just hoping he will live up into expectations and will not turn an overrated player.

This is purely based on the average statistic for the entire season, that one game cannot be used as a basis to determine a defensive player.
If we based this playoffs, I guess Draymond Green is the most defensive players IMO.

Nah resting period won't really matter.

These players are professional and they used to play regularly. Didn't you know that after every game, they do practice the other day and their usual routines. So come to think of it, they are doing that for the whole season.

No such thing as long rest = advantage ; short ones = disadvantages.

Game 7 is on 28th if necessary. 30th is the finals. Neither who will win on ECF will have a good rest. The said team instead will be more pump up and excited rather than tired. Remember that Bucks last finals appearance was way back 1973. Raptors, on the other hand, doesn't have experience.

It might matter, I reckon. Basketball is a physically draining sport, very much not like baseball hehe. This is why the odds change based on how many games the team has been playing within 1 or 2 weeks and if their next game is on the road.

In any case, if the Raptors played consistently and similarly against Golden State like the 4th game versus the Bucks, can they win? Also, what is everyone's predictions for Raptors, Bucks game 5? Is the +6.5 for the Raptors ok?

The team's part performance could be different in every game, so what we saw last game where the Raptors dominated in the game, might not happen in the upcoming game. Bucks is favored to win in the series based on the betting sites, so they will surely not gonna take the next game lightly.

Don't know if Leonard is fully healthy now, but last game we saw his production went down, just that hi teammates came to rescue.
Really hard to predict this game since it's already tied, but I'll never leave the favorite team in this series as I  know they'll win.

Actually it could be a good thing for them since they will have time to study both teams so that they will be prepared to any team they will be against.
I am sure they are now watching films from their games against both who are now fighting for the ECF.

Even with Durant high scoring game they still lose against Raptors while with Bucks they got 1-1. I think this will be one of the great match ups.

It's complicated to predict as we can't see how those stars will play this tied series, healthy Leonard can be an edge for Raptors knowing how he really loves playing big time to the point that he's willing to suffer his condition, but we do saw what he's performance after the 2 overtime win last game 3
and how he was playing the game after.

I'll wait till tomorrow and see how the game will proceed, tied series is really exciting to watch out.

The Pelicans own the right of the number 1 pick and for sure they are eyeing Williamson, do you think that this could change the mind of AD to remain a Pelican because all of a sudden they are a contender if this Williamson will play as expected of him. They can also consider Irving to handle the ball for them.

Top 5 changes game to game that is the reason why there is no true top 5 that could be accepted by everyone, sometimes harden plays so well that he is the best player in the league, then he sucks and does his floppy head moving travelling violation stuff and we all hate him, sometimes Giannis is unreal and it feels like we are watching an alien playing basketball, then we see him lose games like the last night and basically that top 5 always gets that same treatment by everyone.

There is one I watched comparing RJ Barrett with Zion Williamson.

I tried to do some research and I do think RJ Barrett might be the better pick rather than Zion.
Too overrated. Yes he can fly and he can do some magical moves at the paint but there is something risky taking this guy.
He is freaking prone to injuries. Why? He is damn 6'7 with 129 kilograms in weight.
While Lebron is at 6'8 at 113 kilograms only.
Those numbers are being scouted too. Why again? Those legs of him might never take that impact from going down when he does those sky flying dunks all the time.

On the other hand.
We got RJ Barrett at 6'7 and just 94 kilograms. Wow. It is almost the perfect body that any players would want for a shooting guard or a small forward.
He may not have the best games of his life in Duke but, he had been improving every year.

That is what scouts like too. A room for improvement. While Zion is already a full blast player and just keeps on doing what he does with no changes.

A NBA Star is being born as a star because you cannot predict his moves anymore.
Yeah I may take Zion for the first pick because he is the apple of the eye. Then trade him for RJ with some plus. A good strategy.

I think resting does play a role not because tired or not tired situation but you are losing your flow on one side, a team that played a game just recently has a lot of hype behind them, they just won a game and eliminated a team and they are on a roll so that is great for them, a team that beats the opponent at 4-0 like warriors did doesn't have that much hype, it is just a sweep and they are already out there having a rest with their families and what not and even if you practice its never like the real game.

Now that is the positives of having a hype behind you and going to next series with that hype, however at the same time one team is more tired, they played 7 games and got tired whereas others have been on vacation for the past week and a half, look at what happened on bucks vs raptors game, raptors had the momentum coming from Sixers matchup and a last second shot and hype and they lead the game for third quarters but lost it on the fourth quarter because they got tired eventually.

The stats came from the whole season performance. I agree that PG didn't able to contained Lillard most of the time on their playoffs match but the basis is the season stats.

I both understand your points but believed me, resting period doesn't really a big deal especially how Raptors and Bucks played this playoffs. We fans can easily say it matters because we are not there. They know much more than us. 2 days is enough period if Game 7 will happen.

It can't be the reason also if ever Golden State Warriors will take the Game 1 of NBA finals.

Actually NBA players doesn't need that much hype to play a good game though as they are already a professional in their field plus it's the Warriors and not a new contender that would be fighting the NBA finals, they may get their 3 peat this time.

While the Toronto and Bucks are so hungry to that Championship compare to Warriors but they are exhausted enough if their series extend to game 7 and will get a very short preparation time compare to their opponent. For as long as there's no serious injuries with the starting line up of Toronto and Bucks after then Warriors will be surely thrilled more than the Cleveland last year.

The approach to game has been good for the Bucks, they seem to be in a good rhythm compared to both games on the road and they indeed are the heavy favorites going into game but, It might be a lot closer than a 10+ points margin, I'm definitely backing whoever wins today(Bucks preferably) for game 6 as well, this series ain't going to game 7
