Remember guys this is the team with Lebron James and Anthony Davis, playing at their best they are the best team in the league proven by their championship, whereas right now 1 of them is missing and the other is on minute restriction coming back from an injury, obviously things may look bad right now but they are 100x better than current situation when everyone is healthy.

We can never forget that as that's the first championship of Lebron and AD, this season is just different as they suffered some injuries and the other teams are just improving, however, I still believe that they can be back healthy again before the playoffs and of course they will certainly qualify in the playoffs.

That championship team last year has been broken already, Howard, Javale and Danny Green are no longer with the Lakers so it's really different team now,not just the injuries they suffered for this season.

No matter how their standing will end, as long as they will be in the playoffs,  they have a huge chance of making a repeat.

I think this is their goal right now, at least stay in the fifth spot and try to grind it out till AD be back on his usual self and minutes playing and then James comeback as well.

I agree. Those commentaries that he does made him famous. I'm amazed though with how he admits his wrongs. You won't see much tv personalities who does that. They'll just keep on fighting with their pride.

Nope we cannot assure that we  see how weak the lakers is when AD and Lebron is out of the picture, they really need him to give them a energy to win the game but for what LBJ experiencing now I don't think they can assure to win since even if LBJ is back still he's not 100% ok since he is suffering from serious injury. We see AD struggle when he came back he only produce bad numbers in the game. But let see's Lebron performance if he can able to get up quickly after that injury.

That Suns vs Nets game was a good one. Devin Booker and DeAndre Ayton had great games but it wasn’t enough to stop Kevin’s Durant and Kyrie Irving in the end. Blake Griffin was pretty efficient too. The Nets efficiency from the field is hard to stop. When they’re outshooting people from the 3-point line by more than 10% I don’t think they can be beat.

Ayton take advantage of a lot of mismatch and he did score a lot of points close to the basket.

But Kyrie was hot and then some glimpse of Griffin as he has a good game as well driving to the basket and had some three point as well.

It will be tough for the Suns as they will be facing the hottest team next, New York Knicks. Although they are still the slight favourite base on the current odds.

KD and Kyrie both are playing well, they take the challenge and prove that they can beat strong team. I like how KD bring that 14 points in the last quarter.

Also noticed to that game, Griffin are now more comfortable he's taking more shots now and helping the Nets in terms of offensive attacks.

Looks like CP3 forget their old memories taking that charge to Blake without a call and get a basket..

I didn't monitor the injury update of Durant, I thought he would not come back but I was surprised he played in that game, it looks like he wasn't injured, he is playing very well in that game, congrats to the Nets, they are now a bit ahead from the 76ers.

Big win by the Warriors, that block by Curry was a big one.
With that win, the Warriors are still hanging at the number 10 spot, while the Pelicans really need to win more so they'll catch up.

Once the Warriors compete, they should not be underestimated as Curry likes to be in this kind of situation, he is a champion and that cannot be taken from him.

LeBron's presence is enough for the Lakers to win games even If he's not scoring like he usually do. Because he's a good passer, he can split defenders and he can draw two man from the opponents defense that will lead to an open man.
From there on, we can see how vital Drummond could be for the Laker team once they have a healthy roster.
I'd love to see a healthy Laker team as well as the championship contender teams from both conferences. To make things short I'd love to see a fully healthy teams in the post season, but I don't think that'll happen this playoffs.

I think the lakers will come out victorious when they meet in the first round, not that the clippers are weak, but they always choke, last year I believe they have a chance to make it to the finals but they throw it away, clippers have the tendency to over confident, at George are very inconsistent when it comes to playoffs if they really want to win George really need to step up every game.

Booker played well and Ayton keeps finding mismatch against him, if this two stars continue this kind of momentum the chance of breaking the winning streak of the Knicks is very possible, plus not to forget that CP3 always love the challenged he might bring this game to his shoulder.

But like what you have said Knicks is really hot taking that 9th winning streak they've developed good chemistry.

Whatever Stephen a Smith says typically goes wrong.  He just screams at the TV trying to make it sound like he knows what the he'll he is even talking about.  How he is on TV as a sports analyzer is beyond me.

If you say anything, and I mean anything, literally just talk about UFC all night on an NBA program if you want, as long as it gets a ton of views that is what matters the most and rest doesn't matter. He can say Lebron is a bum, he can say Luka Doncic is a horrible player, he can say Lakers will be eliminated on the first round, he can say Durant is washed, he can say anything he wants, all that is important is if he gets views or not. Looking at how he is a talking point on bitcointalk right now, I would say he is doing his job perfectly and gets the views.

I didn't monitor the injury update of Durant, I thought he would not come back but I was surprised he played in that game, it looks like he wasn't injured, he is playing very well in that game, congrats to the Nets, they are now a bit ahead from the 76ers.

Yes, he played like he's not feeling anything. He help Kyrie to lift the team especially at the last quarter where he shows he's supremacy.
They are now 2 games ahead from Sixers, playoffs is nearing for sure each wins are important to make sure advancing to the next round.

Nets are establishing their  teamwork, it's nice to see all of them playing healthy with this good chemistry between
all of their players not just the stars but as well with their role players, whoever inside the court are capable in giving
decent rest for the trio.

That what if scenario is good, it makes the playoffs more interesting, however, I don't think it would happen this year, I believe the winner will only be among the favorites and we won't be seeing the same as the Heat team last playoffs. IMO, Nets will win in the East, but in the West, it's quite hard to predict since most teams in the top 10 have the potential to win.

Big game for the Knicks tonight.  Riding a 9 game win streak playing against a very tough suns game.  With the difference between the 4th and 8th spot a couple of games it would be nice if the Knicks can pull this out.  They are 2.5 point dogs at home.  What does everyone think?

They are leading the Suns in the first half.

Not to jinx them, but it seems that they might continue with their winning streak. They are really playing solid basketball on both ends and with Randall playing MVP caliber, no doubt that it will be hard to beat this team right now.
