Well, they just gave that number to Bradley Beal. I don’t know what happened between Chris Paul and the Clippers, but they really don’t seem to like him.

Not just a star player but arguably the face of the franchise. If not him then who? Blake Griffin who they also messed up the end of his career? DeAndre Jordan who wasn’t that great to begin with? Yeah its really true that CP3 is the best candidate to be the real face of their franchise. But they really messed up with this situation knowing those things what they did on him.

I think that's so over now, that no longer can't be achieved. Moreover, we know KD got that build even before he entered the league and it's probably not a good physique but he's so physical when it comes to balling. Lebron may retire in a year or two in this league and KD will probably nearing too, I think we should appreciate greatness while they are still put therr showcasing their skills.

He's treating it more as a business now.
If he starts to pay cut then that means that before his retirement, he like to have a ring.
But if we don't see any of that and the teams that's offering him are the ones who start to lessen the contract.
That shows that his value is starting to drop and he has no choice but just to accept whatever is being offered him.
He's got some ring already and that's why he might not chase for it like what LBJ did.

There's no harm to treat it like that, he got the edge to do at his level though, it's all business in the first place. He'll do that, there's a lot more sense to have a ring before a retirement, that's an epic way for a send off. We won't know for sure, you know Durant just love to stir something but a pay cut makes a lot more sense, he's going 38 this month and I don't think he got that Lebron longevity as well.

I think if he want's to be like LeBron physically healthy like, he needs to sacrifice, adding bulk to his body will surely takeaway that midrange three point away from him, he just needs to be healthy for sure they go to the gym but he needs something that LeBron do, that might be how he manage food and how to workout.
Sadly changing those things will take a toll on him, because he is already age, unlike LeBron who takes care of his body early, that make his body adapt, unlike adapting late his body will need to accept those routines longer, when it comes to business side that might be learn unlike the health.

Well, one could assume that there were some conflicts and disagreements between CP3 and the Clippers' management. Nevertheless, that doesn't change the fact that CP3 is one of the best point guards in NBA history. Although he played very well for the Clippers, I personally remember him more for his performances with the Hornets, because that's when he was at the top of his game.

That is true @Oasisman , Even the Clippers did not get the chips with CP3, Deandre and Griffin will not be that effective with out the IQ of CP3. ^^ Yes, that is the best version of the Clippers that we have seen in the NBA. With CP3 and a prime Blake wherein he was really a freak with that ridiculous. But the problem with that Clippers is that they are about to face the start of the Warriors dynasty.

Yeah, Adam Silver's suspension and fines for them are just the start. I think he did that on purpose so they will have time to defend themselves, and so the NBA will not be affected by it when it comes out in the media more often as those cases progress.

Steve Ballmer seems to be not backing off, either. According to different sports news sources, he is considering filing a lawsuit against the NBA. Yes, over the issue with the salary cap and the suspensions. That's one way to make your name look clean, but I highly doubt they will win it. Bradley Beal? I don't know what to feel after reading this post, but after what he did with the Clippers, they didn't retire his jersey and instead retired the jersey of somebody that has way less contribution to the team as a whole.

That is unfortunate. Actually, they could have reached the NBA Finals during their first successful run to the Conference Finals if Leonard was healthy. He was the main man of the team, then he got injured, and that was really painful to watch. Without him, it became much harder, especially since many of us were expecting the Clippers to reach the Finals. Leonard had already proven himself by winning a championship with the Raptors, and I thought the Clippers had an even better lineup around him.

But honestly, I found the Clippers more exciting to watch during the CP3, Blake Griffin, and DeAndre Jordan era. That Lob City team was really fun to watch.

I believe that this is true and with CP's last run on the Spurs didn't make it. I think if he's with the team during the finals, it might have a different setting and result. But with respect to that man, if the Clippers won't retire his jersey, then there's nothing wrong and they don't see him like that.
