Amen Thompson is a beast on Rockets before he was forced to do the PG position since Vanvleet was injured and Sheppard is unproductive. He do a lot of hustle plays on both defense and offense like young Kawhi back in San Antonio. This current roster is the Rockets best roster assuming there will be no major player who will be injured. It’s a bad day to bet again for Spurs but at least we saw Wemby finally recovered from his bad performance on their first game against OKC. having a experience point guard in the floor with a champion caliber is a big deal and a big boost to the team, he can dictate tempo, he can reads the floor, the have better spacing, what they really need to take care like what you said is injury this will always be the problem of any team, and to be able to make the players healthy along the way can make the team reach deeper in the playoffs and could be in the west finals if they able to beat the top teams.

I watched the highlights of the San Antonio vs. Houston game. It was a truly great matchup. Alperen did everything he could to help Houston secure the win. I also noticed that both San Antonio and New York have had poor starts to the NBA season; neither team has a win yet. The game between San Antonio and Houston was very evenly matched. In the final seconds, a block by Amen Thompson on Wemby ultimately secured the victory for Houston. Houston has started the season very well. My biggest concern, however, is that Ime Udoka might end up doing some nonsensical things down the line—at times, it’s as if he doesn’t even know what he’s doing.

Nothing too exciting on the schedule today. The 76ers should have an easy win against the Bucks... The only game I have televised for me today is the Houston Rockets vs the Atlanta Hawks. I'm surprised to see that the Hawks are the favorites. If I were a gambling man I might have to take the Rockets to win on this one... Instead, I'll just see if I can toss it on in the background in my house today. The Spurs and Mavs game might be a decent game as the Spurs try to get their first win. The Heat are in a similar position trying to get their first win with Giannis today against the Hornets. If they lose that one...

With the arrival of Fred Van Vleet, Houston is a much better team than how they were last year. How unfortunate that FVV got injured last year, they could have been great and probably no team drama. But not only his contributions are important, everyone else are doing better than last year also. Team chemistry is better, every individual performance is better. I love Amen Thompson, he can be really a great player, already is. Durant is Durant and he can still contribute at the superstar level. But maybe the most important difference can be seen by Şengun. He is also better than ever and he can be really great this year. He was two times all star but there were some criticism and he was voted the most overrated. He can give his answer on the court. He seems bigger and stronger than ever. I think he was emotionally bad last year. He seems much better now. He played great against Wemby and he was great at the clutch time. Houston can do great this year.

And they really lost that one. Giannis leaving the Bucks only to join the Heat, now both teams are 0-3. Lol. He missed his chance to go to a better team. I don't know what he sees in the Heat when there are other better teams with better teammates. He clearly wants to win, wants a ring, but chooses the Heat? Those teams interested in him before could also offer him a good salary. I won't be surprised if he asks for a trade again later if his team's performance this season is just similar to the Bucks. Looking at their next 6 games, I think they can only beat the Warriors. So, maybe their losing streak won't just be 0-3.

This is too early and even if they have 6 loses, the heat position in the east might be in 6-8 with their current playing style that is enough to turn around things in the playoffs, just make sure they can be in that position, its too early to judge the team at this time. Sixers are having a great team work seen their ball rotation and they are using it now more often, James did not play but they got the W against the bucks no chance for the bucks to beat the sixers right now, they might do tanking this year.

He will give at least the team a chance to build a roster around him just like what he did with the Bucks where everybody's saying that he needs to be traded, he gave the team a chance to build, but ultimately failed. I saw this picture online, and it seems like Giannis is contemplating his decisions, and thinks of why he went with the Heat. Kidding aside, I don't think that there's a need for us to look down at the Heat after the loss to the Hornets. They just have a bad night. That's all. Giannis shot 4/11, Bam shot 7/17, Klay shot 5/12. They have the pieces to compete... to compete at least for the play-in tournament because I don't see them winning against the top teams out there. I predict that they'll have a negative record to teams that are above 500 and that just shows how incompetent the Heat is. I might be harsh, but that's the truth. As for Giannis being traded, it might happen, but it will happen during the mid-season if the Heat wants to get something back. Giannis has a Player option next year so if the team sucks this season, he can just opt out of the contract, and find another team and become a free agent.

In paper they are really that good but perhaps being new to the system and there are no chemistry yet that's why they've lost 3 in a row. But for sure once they got their first win, it will be a different Heat team. They just needed to go over that hump and feel confident. Yes, there are a good chance that they can beat the Warriors so for sure they are looking at that game already.

In other words, this regular season won't be easy for the Heat, but if they can establish team chemistry and find their rhythm by the middle or end of the season, things will start looking up for them.

Correct. The expectation to this team is probably too much that’s why we think that they are failing while in reality they are still trying to build their chemistry. I’m one of those critics that knew the weakness of this Heat roster but they always have room for improvement since they have the Heat culture to develop player chemistry even without an all star team so having this jam pack roster will surely work for them soon.

Almost a complete comeback by the Heat, but when Giannis returned things went back to normal. still the team is figuring out how to win, but I believe it's too early to conclude that they will not be a great team. I can already see the improvement, and Thompson has been useful to the team. I guess for now we just have to trust the process and I'm thinking of betting big on their next game, moneyline.

seems the heat don't have a proper play at the moment, they were just after holding the ball the next move is to take the shot, Giannis seems don't know where he is and confuse on the plays, they need a pure point guard at the moment because most of the play are just catch the ball shoot it. The hornets have an intriguing line up, dennis, nash allen, miller he is pouring points, inside and out, those players are experience so they know what to do, and they have hot hands all the attempts are going in.

But actually no one expects to see them struggling like this, because actually they have the defensive guys and shooters in their team. The problems is they cannot execute good plays, then made poor defensive plays. I think they need major adjustment on their system, so that they can make their players works well. Although its safe to say to early to judge them, but if they didn't find any good solution now. Most probably more frustrating nights might come and heat also will experience more defeats.

Philadelphia got off to a fast start this season, defeating Milwaukee 127-116. LeBron did not play in this game due to a back injury. Embiid recorded a triple-double in this matchup. San Antonio secured its first win of the season, beating Dallas 122-106 on the road. Tarık did not see any playing time for Dallas. I have a feeling that Tarık Biberovic might struggle to adapt to the NBA. I watched a few of his preseason games, and he really stood out—in a way that suggested he didn't quite fit in. I’m not sure how much playing time Dallas will give him, but for now, it seems he is still in the adjustment phase.

They need to click along the way, because its awful seems like what i said earlier Giannis is lost in the court, he was given everything by the bucks when he was their and have their run for the ring, in Miami he needs to prove a lot to the team, he can't demand anything to pat we know how pat operates, so he needs to show scoring defense in the court, spo might still experimenting this early in the season which is alright but i need to see a point guard to make plays not everyone dribbling the ball to the other side your a pf or center, you should not always do that.
