I have three missing cashouts for a sum of about 0.8 BTC. It seems they are paying only small amounts. Generic "wait and thanks for the cooperation" is the support answer.

I was noticing the same thing. Only small amounts of payout. So if bitfactory.co is reading this i hope they will still pay out cause otherwise this will proof that it is a scamsite that only pays for a short time and then gets of with your money

Why would you wait until your balance is that high, I withdraw everytime I get to like .01 BTC.

Maybe because you have less buildings than we do and have 0.01 in an instance and you have to wait for 24 hours to claim again. At that time my income is waaayyyy more than 0.01 btc Wink but anyway still didn't get payd out. I hope the admin(s) will still do it otherwise a lot of high investers are going to be very pissed off and we can make sure this is a scamsite what seem to be going to be right now. But maaaayyybe they are still calculating who gets what because of there holiday. If i still get payd out i will let it know here on this forum otherwise everybody have to get notified about the scam that's taking place here. I do not get answered by the site owners after several mails.

Our support went on holiday when we come back, that's why you have not had replies by email in the last 2 days, he should be back online in 2-3 days.

Send me your username on our website here via PM, I'll report your missing cashouts.

By the way it's very strange, I'm pretty sure we haven't missed a single cashout from the beginning. (10.000+ cashouts for 44~BTC)

You did not read the post well my friend. Everybody contacted them about the loss of payments but didn't get response on the support mail. It turns out the people who answer the questions on the support mail are on holiday as moek quoted. Inonly asked moek to contact me if he wants proof of my cash out cause i make a screenshot of avery payout a make. So next time be sure you read the post well before you post something!

Didn't they say that they are going to change hosting company in january? Maybe that's the problem because they are transferring things.
