But what will happen if you win a bunch of cash using a VPN then try to withdraw to your bank account? How will you explain this money miraculously appearing in your account?  Cool Don't the casinos use their names in the transactions notes? Lol an easy way to get busted man.

If your country is not allowing for gambling means you should be lucky that at least your country is making sure you will not lose money in gambling. Not only your country but many countries don't allow gambling. As others suggested if you really want to explore online gambling then you can use VPN but I think just find some other ways to earn money instead of gambling.

Yes it is good advice, if your country is not allowing for gambling then it is better find some other ways to spend your time.

It's far less likely that you are going to get in trouble as the gambler (AFAIK there are few/no cases where the gamblers themselves are prosecuted). The real problem with a VPN is that the gambling site will realise that you are from a prohibited country (if you try to withdraw to a bank account from your country) and will close your account and keep the money. A better solution (especially considering we're on a Bitcoin forum after all) is just to use Bitcoin sportsbooks - unless the lines are really off sites like Pinny or do have the limits you wan t(neither of which casual bettors really care about) you should be fine.

If gambling becomes illegal there are a few ways to deal with it but you need to remember that if someone catches you anyways you can become in great trouble.

Someone had their Coinbase account cancelled because it showed deposits  and withdraws to a gambling website.
It was against their TOS which was argeed upon registration. No matter where you gamble, you would get your account cancelled. Same with circle.
Crypto is not a money. They are online tokens. You are gambling with tokens, so it is just a game not a real gambling. You'll get along any jurisdiction.
Unfortunately no. No matter what you say, it is still a form of gambling. Bitcoin itself is a digital currency which can be exchanged to fiat easily. In many countries, it is considered as gambling since it is a game of chance.

Use a VPN. Most governments don't care.
It is not like they 'don't care'. They care - hence they issued that law against it. But we all know that trying to check that if someone is using internet in illegal way is very hard.
To know for sure if you are indeed illegal online gambler authorities would have to waste a lot of time and effort. Which is not worth it in the long run.

I don't understand why everyone is advising here to use VPN's ,they will certainly help to gamble but what about the winnings after that ? In order to withdraw he has to go through his back or any of the legit ways which are governed by the country's financial officials .They can easily track him through his deposits and they might just ask from where is he getting this deposits and he would not have a convincing answer.

My advice is to follow/observe the law where you live.

Why act illegal ?   Very unwise

Using a mixer. It isn't accurate to judge the origin as where the owner got the coin from. The user can just lie that he got it from someone else and it isn't him who had the coin. It can be very inaccurate and that's a good point to argue about. It is also quite easy to use localbitcoins to trade with people who don't need to follow the laws.

I think you can still buying things with this cash without beting busted or change to other currency, I think you wont get busted by it. Btw why should you withdraw it to your bank account?

You should not gamble. If you still wish to gamble and want it to happen you can always do that as well. Here are a few steps on how you can make it happen with total security and safety from any lawsuits in future .

1.Use openVpn [create a customize tunnel route with generates around million network hops and as the VPN terms no data is saved so even your details of the previous hops are deleted as you next hop and this is proved].

2.Create Two Payza Accounts [online money transaction service supporting bitcoin to bank wire transfer services, from there you can incash your bitcoins to your bank accounts or even send it to other payza accounts ]
account 1 for gambling cash
account 2 for turning gambling cash into legal cash

3.Create a sharecash.org account [This is a PPD or CPA service which helps you transfer funds to your payza account, though you don't need to do anything here but just set-up some campaign to generate money like even $0 doesn't matter use www.blackhatworld.com to know how you can generate some cash using sharecash]

Note: we just need sharecash to transfer some funds to payza so we can claim as the money on payza is legit

4.The trick [Send your gambling cash to one of the payza accounts, transfer the same cash from that payza account to other payza account which claims legit cash ,frm payza transfer your funds to your local accounts that is bank account]

This happens while you're totally anonymous ,the cash deposited from your payza will be show as sharecash depoits as the other payza account will be linked with sharecash. This way you can be totally invisible ,even if the try to track you they never will as its impossible to get tracked with no Server/dns data available .

What rules must I observe ?

use tor, that will help to hide your ip address just in case, then use bitcoins and not money form paypal because with bitcoins it's easier and bitcoin gambling sites won't ask for your ID

or you can go to nearest country which lets you gamble and try your luck there, just plane/bus tickets will cost you some $

that is the good thing about bitcoin, you can easily stay anonymous with bitcoin.

add to that a secure VPN in order to access the gambling site, and you are good to go. just use a bitcoin wallet that has no connection to your identity.

I think you have no problem if you stick to online gambling. Normally ip's from gambling sites get blocked if it is ilegal, or the sites simply do not accept you. I don't know if this is the same in "bitcoin world", so even if it is ilegal, you will probably be able to gamble without any problems.

Well if in your country, gambling is illegal. Then don't gamble cause it's already a warning that gambling is bad and addicting. But if you really want to gamble then buy or install vpn for your Cp or Pc. Then change your ip into other countries where gambling is not illegal. Smiley

I think this illegal gambling is there in all countries. There are 60 - 70 percent of countries in the world they banned this gambling but in all countries people are playing gambling. If you really want to play gambling means there are many ways offline gambling and online gambling. If your IP banned from govt means change your IP and play that's it. Offline gambling means play with your friends or search in your place you will find some people will make one place to offline gambling.

It is true of almost all countries in the world, does not approve of illegal gambling and the country. Lots of reasons for every country bans gambling either in terms of Economics, religion, beliefs, etc. But I think that as long as you can still access the internet then you still have the opportunity to gamble!!

if gambling is illegal in your country as illegal in all Islamic countries. then you should keep away from gambling other wise you should go to another country where gambling is legal. but you should not exercise illegal activities.
