Why i have all time 67 posts but activity only 28??

Q: How does activity work?
A:

The activity number is determined in this way:
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts)

Activity is updated every hour.

For example, if in a 14 day period you post 14 posts, you gain +14 activity.
If you post 2 posts in a 14 day period, you gain +2 activity.
If you don't post at all in a 14 day period, you don't gain activity.
However, if you post 15 or more posts in a 14 day period, you still gain only +14 activity.

An activity period is 2 active weeks, you must post at least one post in the period to claim the activity. Potential activity are those which are unclaimed and can be used up in the future when post is equal to or more than potential activity. Simple Answer From me :
You can get 14 Activity points Per 2 Weeks. ( evert second tuesday)
Be active in forum and post once per week ( for u )
And see the result in next to next tuesday ))

You only get 28 activity every 2 weeks, if you go over, they won't be credited. You have to wait until the next fortnight. If there wasn't this limit, people would spam, and try to build up their accounts in a day.

Not exactly 4 weeks.. It depends in which day of week and which week he created his account.

(02 Oct - 14 pts - in the first period number of days is not important -  for you important is this Tuesday - 13 Oct)

so 70 activity points you will get
24 November - 70 pts

and so on..

Edit: so result of my counting is 12 days .. no 4 weeks.
