How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ?

I realize something just to day i really want to quit gambling for own good and also for my love once gambling can help us to reach what we want in life we know that every time we are going to play at any gambling site we are just being desperate in wealth always trying to make a good profit but it's negation -_- we are just ended up loosing every thing we had. Think of your love once then you are going to realize that you need to quit .

Many relationships get destroyed due to gambling and many people end up dying or committing suicide not capable to pay debts due to gambling. However the only person responsible for this is the gamblers themselves, since it is their choice to gamble or not

In other words, the only way to stay away from gambling is to exert proper self control and if possible not to gamble at all.

Realizing something won't change everything yes you might reazlie now that gambling wreck your life already but does not mean you're going to stop playing and it's good actually for your love once. After a few weeks and you have money you are going to back playing gambling again. THeUltraElite is right loosing too much or loaning to much just to gambled will ended your life and you don't have no choice.

That is really the bad part of gambling, when we tend to can't control ourselves from gambling again due to unfinished chasing of loses.. I would suggest that if we decide to quit gambling, we also need to let go of past loses so that we won't have the urge to come back again in the near future.

it's should work , but you need a special treatment too from a professional to make sure you would leaving gambling in the end not just stay away. never easy to quit gambling as an addiction always work with that way. do avoiding any topics about gambling like visiting gambling sites, a conversation about gambling and just spend your free time to go hangout .

Staying away from gambling is an easy thing if you are willing enough to forget gambling. Just think about the time that you wasted with gambling and all the losses that you made, make some calculations for it and it will make you think and you will regret that you did gambling. That will encourage you to quit gambling.

It is easy for saying.. but someone doing it regularly would probably face problems leaving it because they are addicted to it and it is never easy to leave something that you are addicted off... It really needs great courage to do that and i don't think just thinking about the bad times of that would make you do it...

I tried to quit for real in gambling i suggest you to not to play see me now i never played gambling for 1 month you know my secret? I always exchange my bitcoin into fiat money and saved it into my bank accounts you will not triggered to play gambling because you will not see any bitcoins from your wallet.

This is the nice strategy. It should work, though. I have used this plan for many years and it is okay to me. Finding a new hobby is the best way which can help you to forget about gambling. You should try some sports like football, soccer, or maybe epsorts. They are worth to try. Right now I am an amateur soccer player in my local team and it is very fun to play this team sport

I don't recommend just finding a hobby that takes a lot of time. Any hobby can take a lot of time if you choose to give it tons of time.

I suggest that you find a hobby which is tiring and you're interested at as well. At night, you'll be too exhausted to even open your pc. You would choose to sleep instead.

I guess that's not true, there's no reality by saying that no one can get rich in gambling, there are lottery winners who made millions because of gambling so there are really people who are rich in gambling. The only negative side of gambling is that more losers are ruining their lives compared to the winners who had fix their lives.

Well, if we compare the number of people that really made success out of gambling and the number of people that didn't, we can say that "almost" no one got rich from gambling. I'd say that out of a million gamblers, you can count using your finger how many people really did get rich from gambling. Some of them even already lost all those win by now. Money from gambling is so easy to lose.

Yeah i think slow process is a good way to forget about gambling, there is some study that the abrupt stoppage of gambling will greatly affect the person especially when he is addicted to it.  Often specialist suggest their patient to reduce their exposure to gambling slowly until they can resist the urge to gamble.

yes you're right just like habits on drinking alcohol or smoking cigarettes in order to stop your bad habit you will start first on doing it slowly just like gambling. right now im still on quiting stage and i think this method is really effective. and my workmates also advising me to stop this bad habits and spend every bitcoin i have for my future and get my own house than living in a apartment.
