Gambling captivate so many people, and it has to attain to the level drugs. This hobby is not only ruining the man and his family, but also psychologically traumatic for the player.
No, not like drugs, there is a difference between the two addiction... Drugs destroy your brain, drain it til you are almost like a dumb up to being an imbecile... Though both addiction can be cure thru rehabilitation, the damage that drugs has made to your brain will be permanent...  Yes these two addictions are completely diffetent from each other. Right drugs make you mad,the mind and whole body destroys slowly from the inside. It takes all your money as well as health at the same time.And in gambling tthere are people who do it for fun but i dont advice anyone to take drugs for fun. Well it is better if you are going to be addicted with gambling rather than you are going to get addicted with drugs. But I think that is going to be associated if you are not going to be a responsible gambler then you are going to become an addicted drug user too. As I have watched in a movie, those addicted gamblers are also using illegal drugs. It will both result to destroying your life, it is never good that you will be addicted in any of them if you have a choice. But when you are addicted with gambling the worst effect is you will be living in the street as there is a big chances that you will go bankrupt and loss your job. |

More people now are becoming addicted for many reason i think the one reason why their being addicted in gambling is the need of money. Gambling is the best way you can grown your money if you have luck your capital can be multiply it. But if their lost they want to gamble again because they want get back the lost money.

That is what's on the mind of some gamblers, to hit a jackpot one time and stop if they win, which is not going to happen, usually "money" is the only reason the gamblers hold to continue with their vice, nothing more than that, they are into winning and not into entertainment or fun or whatever feeling is that that others are saying... A gambler won't keep on coming back to the gambling site if he/she haven't taste atleast one good win. |

That's why you can see a lot of people lurking around gambling sites even when they have no more money to bet. I think one of the reasons why this type of people keep on doing what they're doing is because every day (or maybe every week), there's actually someone in the gambling site that hits the jackpot. They think or they wish to become one of those lucky people one day. Unfortunate for them, until now they haven't hit the jackpot, that's why they are still lurking on gambling sites. |

It is sure easy to understand, and if we are a gambler we will know that base on experience, my experience as I was once addicted with gambling and even now I still have that slight addiction as not all the time I can control myself in gambling. When you are addicted, you have more time in gambling than any other things in your life.
You're not really a gambler if you are addicted and can't control yourself from gambling. Well, atleast you won't be a gambler for long since you're going to be sacrificing literally your everything to hit and "win big" or so they say. I think if you are addicted we can say that its a gambler because they are staying in that hobby and he live in gambling.. But the problem if you are always losing there and never make any profit yeah i think they are not a gambler.. because they are lossing for nothing .a true gambler they know about the game if they will lose or not.. I think a true gambler is the one who knows when to stop and when its getting more than enough. Anyways a recently was reading some article and it was right on telling why gambling addicts , they said - Gambling makes you feel for win and hard on loose, this makes you go more and ore when loose and unstoppable on wins. |

Fairly sure the brain scan of a gambler suffering addiction will be similar to any other kind of addict except without physical damage hopefully but I imagine it activates similar emotions that justify the continued action past any losses. If people were totally logical it'd probably be far less profitable or tricky for the punters to negotiate because they must navigate themselves as well as any opponents or probability

yeah that's true, the person that is really addicted in gambling will always make time just to gamble even if he has a work or activities to do, they will leave it just because of gambling. yeah that's true, the person that is really addicted in gambling will always make time just to gamble even if he has a work or activities to do, they will leave it just because of gambling. That is so sad that there are a person that cannot control themselves. The essence of winning some amount with gambling is making it very addicting that's why more and more people are getting attached and get addicted with gambling. The addiction is just making them hard to control and even their savings are getting wasted when they are on rage emotion because when they lose they want to get it again. Only if the gambler could have pre-planned bets, sessions, proper bankroll management, and self-control, these instances of rage betting can be avoided easily. When we don't have a system when we gamble, we tend to bet randomly and can easily bust all of our bankroll. |

Money is sometimes called a drug takes you to the sky. Money is addictive. No one in the world don't stay without money of any form. If you can loot money, do you stay inactive, so gambling is addictive.
I dont understand that and dont agree with you.Money is invloved in many other things in a business there is alot of money,In any job you gonna get your salary in money but you never gonna get addicted to a job or a business. The thing is whenever we win in gamblings it is very easy money that is earned by a lot of work.so people think its a pretty easy way of earning the money without doing much hard work. It is not actually the money whose the main reason why we are addicted in gambling, it is the entertainment we get and thrill in game of gambling, rich people does not aim for money anymore but they gamble because they love to challenge themselves and to enjoy the game. That is true to some but not to all. There are really people that plays gambling for fun and that is what we are supposed to do. However, professional gamblers are not playing it for fun though, there are playing it for money - for profit. I think everyone that gambling would they want to get a victory so I think their goal is money or profit. so I think it is actually quite possible that each player will become gambling addicts after their gamble because they will think to earn more money or curious to play again in gambling. there is always a desire to gamble |
