Why is gambling so addicting?

Well managing is the biggest problem as mostly when I invested just to gamble for fun my investment got over after 4 days. So I stopped for a while and did that again after 3 months but it got over in a day. So I would recommend who all just gamble for fun make it like 10-20 games per day of the minimum bet like that u can gamble maybe for a month also.

10-20 games per day? why would you do so if you have no intention to win? If you dont feel like going to play to win then dont play at all. It is silly to see people that actually treat gambling as a sake of entertainment, please just go and find another entertainment instead of wasting your time and money with gambling

No you got me wrong i actually only place dice game so i hope you are aware of the fact that in dice games if you want actually want to double your money (which i normally try to double) so of course you can't always win and there are losses. But if i gamble like blackjack and stuff max maybe 5 times

People get addicted to gambling just like they get addicted to cocaine or any other drug, it is just that addictive that people understand that it is bad thing to do but they still gamble and lose money. i think the first thing that make people getting addicting is when they playing gambling and they can win with easy, they become too greedy and they only thinking that in next chances they can win the games too with easy. they can not accepted if they are loss and still continue to playing gambling until their money is empty and they comeback again in the next days.

When we are gambling with only a little amount then that is where the fun is , as you can try to get huge amount with it by not risking too much

Yes you are right, Most of people who do gambling for fun. they stake not too much money. I mean they don't risk a lot of money for only get pleasure. Usually they bet with a little amount and enjoy the bet. Even if they lose, there is no problem with that.  The essential is when you feel good.

Gambling is addictive because it triggers certain parts of the brain and some people are more proe to react to those chemical reactions more than others, it's as simple as that.

It is addicting because you can get money from it, period . Especially when it involves a large amount of money, no one will be able to resist it. Money is an essential part of gambling therefore people love it and when they replace it with some kind of token than that makes it less interesting then what it should be

I think its related to human's psychology. Everybody like easy money also like excitement. Gambling givin both. This makes addict to itself. Lots of gambler addict to lose. They dont accept but yes its the fact.

I like horses so much. Enjoy their races. When i dont bet the races i cant get excitement even like the horses. When bet to race it gives me adrenaline. Horses footsteps hit my heart i feel riding it.

How about the loosing and chasing their looses? Not all the time when you play gambling you will always win on the game. If you experienced loosing too much then why y'll people stop playing? And then set a goal to play at least every week to control emotion and other emotion you had. People now adays thing about winning only not the risk they face before get that.

Some spent alot of money while some dont. I dont think that you should judge that every addicted gambler is the same. It is not a wrong step to take. The only wrong step that you will take if you risk more than what you could afford in gambling, so if you could still afford it does that mean you are taking a wrong step as well?

It is not the reason why people are addicted to gambling.  It is one of  the motivation why people are into gambling.  Addiction and motivation are different.

We do need experience and skill even if gambling is believed to be a game of chance (not luck).  First we need experience on how to control our bankroll.  Experienced gambler can make their small bankroll last more than those  novice who have more bankroll, and even making profit out of their small bankroll.  In games like poker, blackjack, or any strategy games, player need skill to outwit their opponent.  So who say gambling does not need experience and skill?  Novice do.

Honestly even if I do not gambling often,  I believe that skill and experience is need on everything, gambling included.  If we failed to acquire these two, experience and skill, we will lose to the house more often than not.
