User in question - kevinjulio

https://web.archive.org/web/20151118221739/https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1253069.msg13008659

He's pretending that the sig code is in the signature so that he can get earnings without having the signature. I think it's pretty obvious that he knows exactly what he's doing; why else would be put the code a couple of lines below his application?

Haha, that fake signature Cheesy
He can not scam the signature because it is full, so he will not get any payout. I don't think it is worth neg rep.

It's still an act of dishonesty in my opinion.

No decent campaign manager is going to pay a user who isn't/hasn't been accepted/approved to be in the campaign.

The poster in question just looks like an idiot carrying a dumb sig that he's not getting paid for Cheesy

If I'm not wrong there was a similar situation before, another thread I think in meta where someone pretended to have a signature and instead was a picture that mislead into having a signature that pointed to another website and the user was banned however on this case, the user seems to really not knowing what his doing in my opinion, if you see, after some pointed his mistake he tried to correct it so he inserted the code into the signature space and yet he haven't insert the last line, perhaps really a non techy person

Looks like he put his signature after being pointed out. I'm not too sure what to make of this, but I still consider him to be untrustworthy.

His actions are definitely out of the ordinary, but I don't see what he has to gain by putting the code in a post. The campaign manager obviously won't accept him, so he won't get paid. Perhaps he didn't know how to set a signature and found out how to do it after it got pointed out to him?

There are bots that signature campaigns use to tell who is a valid member and who is participating in them.
He will be found out, that is a certainty.

He might have done it by mistake. A campaign manager would certainly not accept him, so when he knows he wouldn't get any money then why would he do such things?

He posted the signatue code in his post twice, so i think it's an act of dishonesty, becayse he repeated this "mistake" twice even after the remark of another user that the code isn't in the right place.
Anyway, he's out because slots filled.

Maybe but don't forget he is a full member so either he bought the account else it is shameful for him (+ => looking to his post quality - barely 1 line posts)  Undecided

He might have done it by mistake.

Kind of hard to do an application post, press enter for a couple of lines, and then copy and paste the signature code in by mistake. Twice.

Maybe he was not sure how to set a signature the right way?

If he really is the original owner of his account, it means he was here for a minimum of 18 weeks; plenty to learn how to set signatures. The only exception is if he bought the account, in which he still deserves a neutral.

As a sidenote, a google search reveals this same kevinjulio user also once used this other account jonhotman and posted the the same btc address here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1181459.msg12433237#msg12433237

and here as kevinjulio: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1250374.msg12983159#msg12983159

(Which isn't necessarily shady or bad/wrong, just thought I'd point that out as both accounts seem active).
