After reading the thread I remembered this extreme rise that happen in November, which I believe it was because of the federal auction for 44000btc , the price went up in a dramatic way. But it fall to fast again to 300 level

It actually never fell to $300. The lowest that it dropped was $370 so I don't know what you are talking about.

$1000 last year is unrealistic. We stay at $200 level for majority of the months last year.

Yes it would take longer to reach $1000 mark but one thing for sure it will sure happen sooner or later. If we will look on how much price perfroms month by month, the changes are noticeable.

Good to see the value crossing 400$ and now its not pumping that high. I think it is growing with small Percentage like 5-8% for every 3 or 4 days. At times it also going down the rate than expected. So still now the big pump has not started

For now let's take that speculation for real. No doubt chances are high since we really don't know what halving will bring us.

Unlike the last rally to $500 last year, this year is different because of the stated event. Let's see.

Earlier during the past week when the price had a sudden jump to a maximum of 424$ every one were very happy and thought the big pumping has begun. But it hasn't last for a long time. Soon the price has come down to the border of 400$ and now the price is getting settled between 385$ and 395$. So soon can experience the settled price in $400

The bitcoin price has settled between $360-$380 now. It is quite a big drop from the previous $400 range.

OP's prediction for December came true, but the $1k  for 2016 haven't happened, but its too early to assume that its over now...We are just in the first quarter of the year, so 2016 has just began, many more months for OP's prediction to come true..

$700 can be recouped before the halving time which is July. We shall see $2000 by the end of the year.

i have a good news today because since yesterday the price rise up and less than $3 almost be reach to $400 and i hope the price will back to $400 tomorrow

as much as i love to see a big jump in bitcoin price so i can profit from the difference and then buy back in, i am always more happy to see a steady slow price rise since that price would stick around and not fall back again.

It does not matter if the price drifts back to $400 or lower. In the long term, the price will rise if bitcoin is used more.

Yes I'm hoping that this will be the new price range and that we won't go back to the $370-$380 range provided there are no ala-Mike-Hearn-and-Cryptsy stunt within the next few weeks or so.

If $400 is its new base, and can't go low down there, then there is a tendency that really this coming months price might be going up if no dumping would happen..
