Investissment seems to be desappear. I hear on forum for each market coin it's time to buy for us it was the same at 70, 60,50,40 ect now it's 17 ! like all here i lost in bitcoin. I don't want cry it's the game but my reflexion is about bitcoin because bitcoin is always strong. We know there is lot of problems with bitcoin hight fee small blockchain ect yes but bitcoin is the market. The most of coin are for trading up and down. Is private coin have futur ? if regulation arrive one day it i will be difficult for private coin ? Japan have already ban private coin after coincheck will be hack few month ago (the reason :impossible to track a private coin hacker like that so much ....). I hope i wrong but it smell not good at all. What do you think about that ?

I will attempt to give you my opinion.
One thing, I think that is important to accept is the role of fiat... in the sense that fiat isn't controlled by us. As such if those holding the ctrl+p (the fiat printing press and those close by, those always bailed, what ever the crap they do) bid btc to the moon and don't bid pivx, there is nothing that can be done regarding the price. Furthermore, as you can see, the pivx system is allocating pivx to some in my opinion dubious endeavors... meaning those receiving those pivx, don't provide enough value (why is still pivx not running on btc core 0.16? or why is the zpiv staking not totally fixed, in term of orphans) and have tendency to dump immediately for fiat. For example what did the surfer girl do for the pivx chain but take the pivx2fiat... did she even just put a sticker on her board? Then as you can guess those "surfers" maybe the in crowd, but as they spend more time in the water than before their keyboards, they are clearly not the real market for pivx...
Furthermore I think most of the marketing efforts are wasted. It makes 1 week I wasn't on discord, and I saw nothing about pivx, anywhere. Moreover those they touch with those efforts, after having to be initiated to the crypto world, will, I believe, not be able to really understand the advantage of pivx regarding most other cryptos chains. In the sense that a lot of effort is wasted on noobs, rather than explaining the pivx chain here, where the real market is. if only 10% of the dash / zcash holders understood pivx it would be great price wise and user wise. Not even a sig campaign !!!
I think that your question about privacy coin and regulation is exactly the point. most others are reliant on fix hashing power, be it asics or gpus, meaning that "they" just have to seize the farms to control the network and do what ever they want. With pivx having moved to pos and enabled zpiv this risk is removed. Yes, pivx is a "war coin", in the sense that I see it as a possibility to be censorship, banning resistant chain. We saw recently what they did to wikileaks when they banned paypal from their org. The goal of pivx is to be able to exchange value on a digital decentralized private ledger. So the goal is to be "regulation resistant". Pivx is like a riffle, some may use it for bad purpose, others to attempt to survive the fall of civilization.
I think if you combine all those elements, you get a clearer picture of the situation. The only question I have is if the pivx devs are aware of this or if they were lead by the marketing team in the United nations bullshit crap and will surrender sooner or later the chain to the "authorities" or a are just playing nice... The fact that they don't support any decentralized communication platforms is already worrisome, and not even a torrent for the files and source code...
Finally, there is still two things that hurt the market very much (not the fuck dumbs) 1 being the increase in the coin supply... very very very bad ! ultra high betrayal and the fact that pivx can be activated or deactivated with a certain key (from my understanding, I could be wrong on this last part), making the real power of the chain, privacy, clearly not resilient enough to be able to sustain a continuous "corrupt state" assault.
finally if you want to support the chain, or any chain for the matter, don't forget to use the most open sourced and free decentralized exchange... so that when they ban a chain, it can still be traded.
