I agree with both hands, the Curaçao license is the biggest scam ever in casino history. My friend has been scammed by the Russian casino which operates under Curaçao license and the lawyer didn't get a proper answer about the suspended license from Curaçao. bitsler made a made mistake and is blaming it on me.

So i submitted a withdrawl to witdrawl 150 XRP.

you are requred by there own system to submit a desnation tag and adress for money to be sent to. Its not possible for you to submit one without theses two peices of info.  It wont even let me try to do it.

Now i submitted my witdrawl and when bitsler sent it out there system made the mistake on sending it without any destnayion tag at all. Obvouis error on there side because it impossible for me to even sunmit it without a destnation tag. When i went to support chat they said it was my fault which is impossible as you can see. And i would just loose money or i could try to recover it on my own.

They made a mistake easy to see i dont know why whey wont fix it but looks either scam or they dont want to loose money and dont care if its there mistkae

I have not tried to withdraw XRP here, and even on other platforms, I have never had a problem with such a transaction.  Because I am careful every time I make transactions, whether deposit or withdrawal.  Maybe you just made a mistake and did not even double-check that you did not put the destination tag of your address correctly.  But is the XRP address correct based on the transaction details?  If such a scenario where the address and tag do not match will not be recovered?

I hope you/they fix your problem.

When you withdraw XRP from Bitlser you have the choice to use a destination tag or not (on top of the address). As you can see on any XRP explorer  (link below), your withdrawal has been sent to your address without destination tag. But it's because you did not specify any destination tag when you made this withdrawal.  I'm really sorry if you did not receive your coins yet, but you should be able to contact your wallet with this txID and ask them to credit your XRP.

To be perfectly honest with the curacao gaming license board, they are making insane amount of money from these licenses thanks to the casinos that operates there and it is not just about protecting one of them or two of them it is about sending a message to the whole casino operator world that they will get their back over the gamblers which attracts a lot more people.
