When someone is about to withdraw and not yet verified, they'll ask you with that. But we cannot do anything with that.

Before, they've been popular and not really compliant and pushy for KYC but it's not only them but majority of the casinos do it these days.

As I could not win I have no idea that they will ask it for legit user too. And after verification of my kyc they made everything normal. But after probably 1 day they have made my limit of betting on cricket. On their support they told me that their odd provider limited my bet limit and they have nothing to do. While I have bet for 100$ (example) then if they limit it to 0.05$ then there is no meaning to operate the account. When anyone win they will limit bet amount but when lose they never limit bet amount.

I had the exact same problem with bitsler (but also with Stake, and SportsBet). They always told me that the limit was set by the odd provider. I cannot bet more than 0.2 mBtc on bitsler most of the time (except maybe for premier league main markets). On Stake it is even worse, and for sportsbet they have also lowered my odds. Are you sure that you tried to claim the bonus after 5 minutes when it was published? The monthly bonus link was posted at 14:40 UTC in Bitsler telegram channel. But the coupon validity is "16/09/2022 15:00 UTC - 23/09/2022 15:00 UTC". They have mentioned it in the bonus announcement. You tried to claim the bonus before it was available to claim there. As a result, you didn't receive anything at the moment.

I haven't seen the monthly bonus message on their telegram channel yesterday. But I got the information about it when I was checking my mailbox. Although I got the email on 15:10 UTC, but I checked the mailbox after 19:10 UTC. The bonus was still available when I claimed it

Unfortunately, you can't stop that. Social media doesn't mind people starting multiple accounts, in fact the userbase is what they sell to people which means that the more users there are, the better it would be. It is said that facebook has over a billion users, do you really think that it has over a billion users today as well?

I am 99% sure that most of the users already left and the ones that stay have multiple accounts which is why it is bad. Hell my wife alone has 3 instagram accounts, 1 for personal use and 2 for work. So, as long as it is allowed to have multiple accounts, even encouraged, then we are going to see people abuse the giveaways as well.

They give a bare bottom amount to them, like what they will get, and the places that uses them ends up putting more on top of it according to how much they want to earn, 5-10% is the max I have seen, any place that does more usually has too high odds and usually gets customers harder. Which is why I believe that we shouldn't really be worried about the current situation, we should be focusing on how good they are using it, not what odd provider they use.

So, if you are a big bigbig place, you could turn that 1.70 odd that you were given (all goes to oddprovider in that case) into 1.90 or even 2.00 and they would have to play with you, and that extra 0.30 goes to your pocket as casino, and the rest goes to oddprovider.

But, it also allows casinos and sportsbooks to never lose a dime, whichever side wins, they win, and that’s what they are doing, that’s how they are making their profit, never putting their own money in danger.
