By looking at his accusation, it appears he's just too eager to get his money from the casino. So there's still no scam in this case. In my opinion, he just needs to be patient and wait for the casino (or their provider) to do their part. I understand situations like this can make people nervous, but it happens. The chest offers random reward base on chance rate, It’s obvious that the small amount reward will always occur when opening any chest because Bitsler is not a foundation that gives free money to everyone. They give chance to hit a huge amount by opening the chest for just depositing LTC no string attached so how come you make laugh in things that is free? I dunno what’s your deal about Bitsler but you should not attack there promotion personally because the bonus chest is still free.
