I am facing the faucet problem. it's says you're banned to using the faucet till June 2018. why this is happen? please solve it.
The most possible reason for that ban is that you were abusing the faucet (faucet farmer). If you are not a faucet farmer then it is nearly impossible for you to be banned from using the faucet. How many times you claimed the faucet in a day and how much you have deposited so far? |

The lottery is the same as what they have done before in this forum and as I remember you have won 0.1btc at that time. The lottery works like on this thread but the new lottery has a new rule that you should be at least at level 4stars and yeah I'm right that you won 0.1 last year. Yeah, this game is back than? Thanks before, i really can't remember about this thing at all, may be after i lose everything back there before. Hope that i can win this thing back this year. When will it start? Or is it started now? Never checked on my stats but i am sure i am more than 5 stars More than 5stars, Are you kidding mate? AFAIK the max stars we can get for the level is 4 only, above 4stars should be VIP and LEGEND. people who are using faucet only and not depositing are the ones likely to get bans you must have been only playing for free and possibly,farming the free faucet with two or more accounts the system detects it automatically and bans such users,there could be mistakes too so the best bet would be sending a message to Bitsler's support ingame |

Support is fast and is available 24/7 you can expect a reply from them within an hour. Maybe you can clarify things with them to what is the main reason you got banned. |

Well stopping auto bet speeds are related to losses, maybe this guy set his auto bet to max and when he stop loss because he is satisfied with his gains it did not stop but continued that led to a loss. So I guess Bet Speeds are important when you are on an auto bet mode. I also experience the same thing on a different gambling site I am not naming stopping the auto bet at the exact time seems to be impossible in that site. |

So I guess Bet Speeds are important when you are on an auto bet mode. I also experience the same thing on a different gambling site I am not naming stopping the auto bet at the exact time seems to be impossible in that site. Correct. Like timing when to stop an autobet session. In my example, my basebet was 900-2000 sats, 214% on win 41.2% on loss at 3.3214x payout. |

Maybe this question would be asked but I don't know answer on this.
For example if I want to withdraw 10 bitcoin, bitsler has maximum fee 0.0006btc, so I think currently that is really low. If I decide to withdraw that amount, will bitsler automatically pay itself more fee and I receive confirmations as usual or do I have to split coins and withdraw, for example 2btc, then 2btc agan and so..?
