For me when the value of BTC is low I usually buy it. This is the time to hold the BTC earned until we see a good growth. The halving is going to fulfill the requirements of everyone here in this forum.
Let's just hope the speculation is real because we are all gonna be benefiting here and those who have the weak hands will just watch the price increase being jealous to people who have successfully achieve their goals. Buying now is still a good option because there is never late to buy in bitcoin as the price will increase. |

I will buy bitcoin if first I have money, since how can we buy if we don't have funds for the purchase. Second is when will I purchase bitcoin the answer is now. The reason is if we wait for a major decrease in bitcoins value it is unknown. It is best to buy today because of the price trend that makes the value goes up daily. So take advantage of the price now and don't wait later.

Well me either, actually I really want to buy bitcoin too as I know that the chance of earning is coming if the halving comes. But unfortunately, I'm not able to do it as I have insufficient fund. But I would suggest that buy bitcoin while the price is still not rising. |

I mostly buy my bitcoins when I the price is very low and sell them when I see a reasonable hike. If I am in need of money and see a reasonable profit, then I sell them. I am sure that the BTC has already proven itself that it will get bigger and bigger.

It is really good to buy bitcoin if you have extra or excess money in your real money. Don't buy if you are just forced to buy because for your needs with bitcoin. But it depends on how you are going to use it. And always buy at low price. Price is at $655 at a moment and I think this is really good price to buy bitcoin, as even if touches $750 at halving we can make good profits from it. |

This is really the best strategy on buying bitcoins. Just always make sure that the price is low when you are going to buy. So that whenever the price is going to fluctuate to higher price. Then you can get return already. There is no issue in selling coins as you will sell only if it exceeds from the price that you purchased but can you tell me what is the lowest price to buy bitcoins. |

I buy bitcoin when my bitcoin fund is depleted and
1) I need to buy Altcoin for holding. Since there is no other way here in my country to buy my supported altcoin directly.
2) I found an interesting ICO and I wanted to participate it.
3) Since I don't have visa card or cc, when i see some item online and wanted to buy it and the site accept BTC.

When the price is dropped at once like bitcoin value dropped from 750$ to 590$, that was the right time to buy some bitcoins.. So when the value is low , i will buy bitcoins and sell when price become high  If price increases considerably more selling occurs. Huge selling will conceivably give the Bitcoin price a beating, but we cannot predict at this time whether it will happen in 2016. I don't see that it will happen, once the price is consistently increasing the investors will be happy to see that as they will expect more increase, only when the price started to fall back will panic selling happens. panic sell is bad for short investor, i think better we set "target/goal" after buying bitcoin. like me buying bitcoin at $650 and now my target $750 if the price rise to $750 i will sell it. Do you use SL/TP option while trading in bitcoins. That's much preferrable as we can't be online 24/7 to check the price and the moment the price reaches a specific amount, it gets sold. Today the price reached $702 but I couldn't sell my coins at that rate due to not enabling that feature. I have set alerts so that I can buy coins at my desired rate. |

Yes everyone cannot afford to buy with current price, no doubt price went down today but its still high for us, we can buy it again if price goes below $600 which is unlikely to happen till halving. |

I do not feel like investing in bitcoins as the currency is unstable and if today I buy coins at $690, I can not afford to hold them till it reaches $730-$790. I have already has losses in forex and hence don't believe in buying a flexible currency.

I personally buy Bitcoin when the value of it is low (or at least compared to the weekly/monthly average) and when the market doesn't seem to be slipping and merely correcting itself. I sometimes buy Bitcoin if I feel like spending it on something where I get a discount for buying with Bitcoin, but so far it's been a while since I really cared about buying something with Bitcoin and getting a discount.
