Well almost all people don't have regular schedule on buying bitcoins. As long as we can see that the price is low.
Then that's the right time to bitcoins, if not of course we just need to wait the price to get down.

I think it's great time to buy Bitcoin because BTC/USD is stable around 666$ and $/National currency is on the rise. After recent political events I expect more valuable dollar so going in Full BTC is the best thing you can do. National currency has no sign of improvement for the next 3 months at least. I think you are more a spender than an investor because if you are constantly spending bitcoins the price does not matter to you while those who are into trading our investing buying at a lower price is always their priority.

I also buy only when I have spare money and if the price goes down by atleast 10%. We have not seen that happen ever since the halving took place and the price has steadied at the mid $600's levels. If the price goes below $600, I would definitely buy a few because that to me is a bargain price already.

Good decision mate, you should have done that before because you could save so much with bitcoins. Not only that you can treat your bitcoins like investment as it will earn interest more than banks are offering.

Exactly, with bitcoin you will have a good stay also here as we are a big community, the decentralization makes it a good thing to use bitcoins as it unites all users in the world to share a healthy discussion in this forum.

However, if you are buying with the intent to sell in few days time or when you expect the price will go up, then news (fundamental) and seeing graphical trends (technical) is needed to have an intelligent decision as to when to buy btc.

Everyone has certain price target in mind either for buying or for selling and once it touches there then I think you should start taking actions accordingly.
