I will only buy when bitcoin prices fall , because it is a good opportunity to save bitcoin in large numbers and I'll sell when the price rising again.
That is a good strategy to follow, and I think you should also buy some coins at current price as this price cannot be considered to be high if we keep future price in our minds. |

I sold my few satoshis when the price reached $700+ and then here comes the bitfinex hack, I'm glad that I pulled out my coins before that happen... And then, since I don't need my money on where I sold my bitcoin, I then bought when the price dropped to $540, and planning to keep it again for few months...  You made the right decision and you sold at the right time and its always good to sell your coins when price is allowing you to make some profits from it. yeah, if you dont want to lose any of your money then you just buy when the price is low and then sell when you feel it is high and going to drop at a rapid pace I think it is still not guarantee that you will earn a profit of bitcoin and make you secure? because I think prices fall it is not necessarily the cheapest price. so you have to know and clever in reading the market price when prices will stop rising and falling |

I still don't buy bitcoins, I`m in faze of thinking and informing myself about all possibilities. When and if I buy them it will be just for holding, I don't trust in anything around internet. In the moment I buy them I need to be sure at least 75 % that bitcoin price will rise in couple years.
With all this ups and downs I don't plan to trade with bitcoin, to buy low and sell high like everyone here say, well its easy to say how suppose to know when is high and low? Knowledge is needed for that, I don't have it, so for me just long term investment is possible. Buy on any price and wait couple years, then sell or decide to wait more.

And yeah, wise investors are making money when there is a crisis in bitcoin they are taking advantage of it and buying a lot of bitcoin when the price is low. If only I can have that big resources, I would buy more and more bitcoins especially today that price is down. Earning couple of dollars per bitcoin when the price gets high again (and you have just bought a bunch of bitcoins) then it will be a sweet profit few months or years from now |

If only I can have that big resources, I would buy more and more bitcoins especially today that price is down. Earning couple of dollars per bitcoin when the price gets high again (and you have just bought a bunch of bitcoins) then it will be a sweet profit few months or years from now You can also do that even without harming your fiat pocket. First learn to circulate, don't just hold. Use your bitcoin converted to dollar to purchase again coins. Repeat the process and make sure you are watching closely with the price and why price is sitting at given range. There are many people here who can able to buy more coins without using their real money. Put some work on it. |

I would prioritize buying bitcoins now than spending my money with my wants like gadget or anything else, I would not miss this opportunity that is already in front of my window, the price is really good now and in a short period of time we can easily make a profit. Yup we should buy coins at this stage as price is not too high at a moment and everyone is predicting that it will touch $1k in end of the year which can give us some huge profits. True why is it that there are a lot who are predicting at that price. I see also at $1200 and I think that is way to huge until the end of this year. But buying is really a good idea now. Even just at $700 then I will be happy. If price reaches to $700 in coming months then I am sure most of the users will sell their coins to make profits but I think we should hold our coins till we touch $1k mark. If you are not moving yet your coins, you are not actually losing at the moment. If you hold and wait for price bounce then you are good. Correct. If you are not moving yet your coins, you are not actually losing at the moment. If you hold and wait for price bounce then you are good. But if you are scared enough, then you can exchange it at a loss from the original price you bought that coin
Actually it depends on the amount of hold. If a person only holds a not decent amount they can't feel much the losses even the price decrease. But for those who have such big amount on hand, they feel the movement in their profit, earnings or losses, in just a matter of small margin of price. |
