The best time to buy is when itsnprice hits low. Justnlike buying some stocks, financial guru teaches us that when its price is low it is the best time. Buy low sell high priciple should be the principle. But that what they said. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) . I buy btc whenever I needed it or whenever of course I have extra money even its price is high. If I needed it I do not consider its values since I needed it right away.

Since we are still in the young stage, any price we can see now is a cheap price and you can say that is a cheap price if only you will believe that bitcoin will succeed in the future, it is actually a simple analysis and we do not need to overthink as in the future the demand will increase which makes the price rise.

But how will you know that the price you are buying is low? Last year the price is 200, will I wait for the price to drop at 200.before I purchase bitcoin today? If you are investing, the price does matter but not the only consideration. You can do cost averaging to minimize the cost of your bitcoin purchase over time. And if you are holding for 10 years, I think you can just buy at any price today since it will be a long term investment.

Some people have confidence with the value and believe it is going to go far higher than what it is currently at in the future, and thus buying now or these days would be considered "low" for them due to the perceived future value. It makes sense from some perspectives, and not so much from others.

Although these lines of investment I have not heard.

I haven't got a regular schedule of buying Bitcoin. I usually buy BTC at the falls and before starting up new ideas. But I have a regular schedule to save BTC. I think BTC's price will grow in the future so it seems to be a good investment, but now I need more fiat currencies than BTC.

Even you don't have a regular schedule of bitcoin that is going to be fine. Just always think of buying when: 1. You have excess or spare money. 2. Always check if the price is going to be low at all. 3. When you really need bitcoin for trading or any other purpose which is basically important. We should buy when the price is low, money can be produce once you see an opportunity and since opportunity in bitcoin are sometimes seen, when we see some price fall back that makes the price decrease hard, it should be the time to buy and focus on buying only.

I would not easily do that because I only rely on my savings to spend in my investment. Maybe it is easy for others as they have all the resources to do that but for people like me who are not earning a good income is hesitant to put a big money in bitcoin.

You have a point, it's really easy to said by someone that we must buy or put our investment on Bitcoin when the price is low but that's not always the case, same as she said that not all people had the capacity to buy large amounts because they only rely on their savings and salary because we have different states of lifestyle and capacity when in terms of financial but we have the same aim and that is saving Bitcoin as we can no matter how many or how little as long we save.

Well, there is always a way if you really want to invest with bitcoin, even though you are only earning a little amount here but you can allocate some bitcoins for your future if you think of having a good amount of investment in the future. It does not mean that only rich have the capacity to buy because we can also since anytime we can buy bitcoin even at the minimum amount.

Buy when the prices fall due to some insane reasons. You may also want to buy monthly, like set aside a part of your monthly earnings to buy some bitcoins.
Or maybe just simply buy when you feel like buying some more.

That's why for a serious traders they are maintaining extra funds so that they can still bought at the rate lowered than their previous buying rate. It's a common doings for those serious trader. But if you don't have extra funds to buy again at the lower rate after your previous buys then it's just fine and just wait for those previus buy to build profits.

Bitcoin is an long term investment for me so I can afford to buy at any price, so whenever I have spare money I prefer to buy some amount of coins and save it for future.

I like the idea of buying bitcoin on a monthly basis. It should also be the same amiunt of bitcoin. It is called cost averaging. I usually do it on stocks. But it can also apply to bitcoin if you consider it as an investment. The only thing needed so that it can be successful is consistency.

I think you are neither a good trader nor a good gambler, if you would be good in both of them then you actually don't need to buy bitcoins as trading and gambling can grow your coins if you are good in it.

Also, hopefully, he buys bitcoins for gambling and never touches his trading bankroll. if none of my hopes are true, then yes, he/she might be not a good gambler and also not a good trader.
