I create new address of almost every new transaction. I think this is good practice to increase security. I do not care too much about number of address I have. This is task for my wallets I am using.

I have about seven addresses, but I only use two. I think the main reason for having many is because they are very easy to create.

When whatching some videos about bitcoin i came to know there is lots of address can be made for bitcoin almost unlimited. So creating many addresses doesn't seem to affect bitcoin network.
I have around 3 address 2 of those are cold wallet address and 1 main everyday hot wallet. I have Cold wallet to store in safer place and stop me from spending madly in gamblings.
How much bitcoin address do you have and why you have to create more than one address?
I have about 5-10 ones i might use right now. Over last couple years i probably had around 100 i've used.

I have a different address for almost every transaction. I just use it to keep track of what i receive and what I send out. It is just for record keeping and simplicity, nothing more, nothing less. Yup its good and I have 2 wallet and nearly 10 addresses. I have classified my addresses for transactions like buying and selling in different addresses and In this I have 2 most secure addresses to save my bitcoins regularly.

Bitcoin is NOT anonymous ( http://www.bitcoinisnotanonymous.com/). So if you have 2 or 3 address you are doing it wrong. For each transaction, ideally one should have new address.

I have a couple of addresses. All for different reasons but mainly because I believe it's safer to have some bitcoins spread out.

I have a few addresses I re-use (like the one I use for signature campaign payouts) but otherwise I always use a new address for every transaction.

Well, not counting change address, I have like 10. Most are pre generated by Electrum, and 2 are imported private keys from my old qt wallet. Some address I use for one time deals, and some of them are "public", like the one in my profile, so people know that this is me.

Started with one address, but now I use more to have better track from where the coins come. It is easy to use many addresses with a wallet, so there is little reason to have just one address.
