I never invest in poloniex, how does it work? is it we are investing in the trader or at the site. no matter how much profit, the most important thing is always going to benefit?

I think you can get more profit by joining an ICO. So many altcoin's price were rise until three time when those getting into popular exchange site. I think it's nice passive income.

I agree but select only those ICO thats is good because some of it turn into scams or sort of they drop pretty lot becausw there are no investors.  But all in all investing on ICO is good you can ear decent profit out of it

Yeah that is also a passive income but it will not be worthful for a person to live with with that he will also need to do any hard work to earn some more money to support his family and if he have a high amount of capital to lend then I will suggest to start a business with that money it wil give a profit for generations to you and you will not have any fear of defaulters.

Passive income doesn't necessarily have to come like heavy drops of rain, what matters the most is that the tap keeps dripping after the initial hard work. I am seeing this prospect at Poloniex as much more reliable than the conventional lending of money, because at Poloniex, it is entirely passive income and much more secured. one can make a business out of it, by raising some huge amount and investing here at moderate rates and that is sure to be better than the ridiculous interest banks offer on deposits.

Nevertheless, you forget a very important factor, namely, that Bitfinex was doing exactly the same, and most likely they had started marginal trading (since that's what lending at an exchange comes down to) even before Poloniex. So, on the whole, I wouldn't be that fascinated at this form of passive income, and still less consider it as "much more secured"

There really is no risk free way to make even a dime out there and living itself is enough risk! When it comes to investing and especially online investments, the rule of the thumb is always to never invest whatever you cannot afford to lose, because that chance to lose it all is ever present. We do due diligence to filter out prospects that are less risky and lending at exchanges as Poloniex is one such businesses. The only instance a lender can lose, is if the site is hacked or if the site becomes insolvent, other than those two, it is a win, win situation for lenders. The system automates the process and it is structured in such a way that defaulting is made impossible.

One of the beauties of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies at large is that they have made micro-transactions very possible, so anyone can start right away to test how this way of making passive income works even with pennies than having to save the rest of one's life to come up with capital. I think the lending investment in Poloniex are not effective, the result is very small, let alone lender also very much so the lowest rate that would be taken by borrower.

Yes Poloniex lending services are very good idea but you won't achieve much because someone constantly lending great amounts of coins for very small percentage of profit. I have tried to lend 1 btc and my earnings  were counted in 10000 of satoshies per turn. I mean this is ridiculous , forget POLO lendings if you don't have hundreds of BTCs.

Something like "don't invest what you can't leave to rest". Personally, I don't want to leave to rest anything. In this way, when you are just idly holding your funds in the exchange account, you are exposing yourself to a higher risk overall than if you were trading the same amnount at the same exchange. How come? Because when you actively trade you usually trade at 2-3 exchanges so that not to lose an arbitrage opportunity and thus you have to deposit and withdraw pretty often (up to a few times daily). And when the exchange starts delaying deposits, it is a sire sign of possible future problems. In fact, when the withdrawals became a butthurt at Cryptsy, I withdrew through doges all my funds there, and I wasn't wrong. On the other hand, through wise trading you would earn more with less, therefore your total risk exposure is dramatically decreased

I agree that it is a good way to have passive income for doing that but if you are just a starter for it.

That is one of the hardest part of it but in the end your hard work is going to be paid.

There is a marked difference between earning an income and earning passive income. Creating a website with ads network is a good option if you want a passive income but it needs a good knowledge about HTML some programming language like JavaScript and PHP, well if you don't have a knowledge about that then try Wordpress it's easy if you learn it well, you must pick best niche, template design, and content to gain more visitor because the more visitor to come the more money you can get.

However it is not entirely without hard work, raising the money to invest in some businesses, no doubt could not have come without some hard work. The thing with generating passive income this way is that what income one gets is directly proportional to amount invested. Nevertheless, even they come in pennies, they do add up overtime.

Youtube is more and more terrible over years and they only pay a small money for people who upload their videos. That's why people prefer to use vine or rumble. As you can see, there are many Viners who earn thousands of dollar every month thanks to uploading videos on Vine. Therefore, working with Youtube is not a good idea at present

But we still need to observe before put our money in it, just for avoid scam. Probably invest in start up stock could be good passive income. Although the best passive income is from renting house/real estate or even car. So the more assets we have the more money we will get.
