Bitcoin Bank???

Is the OP not really meaning when will we see a safe, secure, and possibly guaranteed place to store their Bitcoins? It's all very well saying you are your own bank, keep the private key, etc. But for Bitcoin to have mass adoption you need to cater for the lowest common denominator. I can see something like this in the future. But they will charge you x satoshis a month as this will be the only way to make money for the guarantor beyond traditional banking. Banking in the oldest sense will be dead.

The closest thing to that I have found is haobtc online wallet. It provides interest on your savings there and also allows for deposit for more interest. Online wallets are not that trustworthy though, but CEO has posted several pics of their mining operation and all.

Interest come from their mining, I think.

I think its just a matter of time before Banks either integrate it or start fighting it. Its not that hard to do considering its the job of a payment processor on an exchange to convert the BTC to FIAT, why not get a cut of the pie themselves, even though its fairly small at the moment?

That's what I mean. Currently not trustworthy, but there must come a time some organisation (let's not use the word Bank as its tainted from centuries of leeching from the common working man) will guarantee your Bitcoin. For mass adoption we need this. Not individual paper wallets and printed (whatever) private keys. Remember the average IQ is less than 100 and the majority of them are as IT literate as being minced by a mouse.

They do, its call deflation nature. FIAT (can) grow in bank because of its inflation nature, so the bank can "pay" interest but it does not even cover inflation generally, so you're actually losing money by holding FIAT in banks.

BTC grow in storage because of its deflationary nature.

The closest thing to earning interest would be depositing coins into Bitfinex and lending them out for swaps. However, you need to be actively managing the swaps because the interest rate changes. As borrowers return your coins they become available again but you'd need to adjust your rate to remain competitive or else nobody will borrow from you (or you are lending them out too cheap). Many people wrote bots to do this.

Their interest is from their mining. So it is quite reliable for the time being. But if the price of bitcoin drop a lot, I am not sure if they can still pay out.

Sure the main thinking were to get some income from the bitcoins deposited into those bank,the same way it happens with fiat.There are bitfinex and poloniex and some others that allow you to earn an income from your bitcoins ,besides those its free as soon as someone takes yours offer ,and for sure better rates then try some bank.

I don't really understand what you're getting at. People that use bitcoin probably wouldn't want a bitcoin bank because it destroys the decentralized nature of bitcoin. And also if you have your own wallet and address, you can be your own bank.

Yes, absolutely.  You can keep your bitcoins in your "own" bank.  You can make yourself loans, issue yourself interest payments, design your own debit card, get a good piece of design software and make some checks, print them, and write yourself checks!

There is no online bank now. But in the future, when bitcoin become main stream, there will be online banks dealing with bitcoin saving and lending.

There is many "investment" sites, most of them are ponzi schemes, but i don't hear yet about Bitcoin Bank, and i don't think such bank can success with bitcoin methods and transactions, because of the Bitcoin's features like the anonymity

Official banks have to get official government approval to open, and banking licenses. I don't know of any official bank that's been given banking licenses to accept deposits and withdrawals of Bitcoins, and store them in customer's accounts like fiat. There are exchanges with insurance like Gemini, but they don't have to comply with the level of regulation that banks do.

You can only using the wallet , with Bitcoin there is no Banking services following its features
But you can always invest your coins with some trusted systems to make some profit
