Why do people use so many Bitcoin wallets?

Just wondering why people use so many Bitcoin wallets.

I think People Are Using Multiple Wallets Because of the Following Reasons:-
1) It Will Increase Their Anonymity When Sending Bitcoins to Others.....
2) It Will Increase The Security and Safety Of the Bitcoins.....

Maybe they have many bitcoins wallets for seperate their bitcoin. For me i only have 2 bitcoin wallets, but i have many address. because i need it for seperate my earnings from many websites.

Make keep your balance seperate they do not need to use many wallets, blockchain and some other wallet have the feature of multiple addresses in same wallet, even they allow to use multiple wallets within a wallet, you can store your bitcoins there safety and seperately.
(if you don't feel safe with blockchain, then use electrum. it also have the feature of using seperate wallet)

using multiple wallet is really tiring.

Maybe people want seperate their money into many bitcoin wallets. Well, for me i only have 1 bitcoin wallet but i have many addressses to seperate my bitcoins.

Just making a prevent act and decentralising their fund into 1 place for reducing the chance for them for losing all of their money at the same time if they're get a hack or stolen with their wallet. I think that is the main reason for that.

For the bitcoin safe because in our country the local wallet it is prohibited to use in gamble bitcoin address so many different btc wallet we used . More safe to use in gamble blockchain or Xapo because I use it primarily to the dice game . I just use coins.ph when i cash out money . When you catch a coins.ph to gamble from the bitcoin wallet that enters it can be blocked  your account.

People are searching for good one, and the one that suitable for them. Also with so many scammers around sometimes is good to have couple wallets, and with each wallet to do something else, and to have one wallet for trying new services and sites.
Nobody wish to stay without money, so people using different wallets mostly for protection I presume. Also people like to explore, new things and always attract people.

Yup, that's right, and sometimes others use many wallets to make their transaction and wallet look neat... They have a wallet for gambling and different wallet for everything so they know and have record of every transaction that they have...

Maliciously thinking, some might be using it on taking advantage or in doing something that is not good and they should keep themselves from being traced so they use different wallet...

I also thinks the same, its a wise decision to put your coin in different wallet, so if let say your wallet being hacked you still have coin in another wallet, the other reason is because each wallet has a different feature, like xapo has a xapo faucet where you will earn directly to your xapo wallet, or coinbase where you can store ethereum, so actually so many reason to use different wallet and its a good suggestion to every user

There are lots of reasons for that. Some people think this way: if one wallet was robbed they'd have money in other wallets. Another reason is when you have many walllets it's much harder to track you. And even another reason is that you have no choice but to have many wallets if you hold some coins on different sites: to gamble, to buy things, to trade etc.

If you have a one Bitcoin wallet, and it was stolen, it is very disappointing. There is a chance not to lose all the money. I think too with you bro.

It depends on their preferences and how they use it , there are some that want full security of their wallet and some would just put it on an online wallet.

There are several reasons for what people are using so many different wallets. Some people hesitate to try new wallets. There are people they are satisfied with their current wallets provider. I give my example I am using desktop windows wallets and blockchain same time for different tasks. I don't want to use new wallets. It is different for people to people where they can comfort.

in my opinion you should not even all coinbase and any wallet like it as a bitcoin wallet. they are a service like any other service mostly like the exchanges out there and using them falls under all the risks of using such services like getting hacked and ...

 Probably because of security, and i am sure that they spread bitcoins they have into different wallets, just in case that one wallet will be hacked so they'll no lose all of their bitcoins, it is a smart thing to do

Well we can not change the risk because those wallet are online wallet but its just my one of the alternative wallet my main wallet is electrum
I just use coinbase for sending and receiving in advertising earnings purposes..

Saving bitcoin in many wallet is for security. And if you use many wallet you will know which is the best wallet to save bitcoin. For me the best wallet is blockchain.

Saving bitcoin in many wallet is for security. And if you use many wallet you will know which is the best wallet to save bitcoin. For me the best wallet is blockchain.

You are right, if we use a number of wallets then we will have experience in all of that and so for getting higher amount or for putting our higher amount of money in bitcoin we will know that which wallet is better for that, I also have started to use different wallets for different uses, like, one wallet for the signature campaign earnings, the other for getting payment from a-ads  banners from my site and other for getting bitcoins from other services, and know I have good experience in all of that.
