There are many anti virus like avast, avira, kaspersky and ESET Endpoint Antivirus. All are good antivirus but I am using ESET It is the best for my PC.

Not sure which is the best but Avast has boot time scan, that scans your system with drivers that are loaded at safe mode (so the bare minimum that windows needs to boot command prompt) so at least if you do get infected, you can get rid of it with boot time scan, all other antivirus that doesn't have this, usually can't remove a virus once you get infected. As with most other anti viruses these days, if you do anything crypto related (qt clients, cli, daemon, asic/gpu/cpu miners) it will give you a false positive (it's up to you to decide if it's false or not).

I use the built in antivirus Windows 10. I like everything. I don't trust any anti-virus software. It seems to me that they write the viruses in order to then deal with them and sell your services to the users. When you install the antivirus you relax and neglect the defense. No antivirus will not protect you and you must defend yourself.

virus protection is a joke the best antivirus is knowing how to prevent the chance of the infection happening in the first place.
Some anti viruses even make your computer more vulnerable to 0 days .

You need to learn how to project your computer by not opening dangerous file formats and running ublock origin  making sure  the OS is up to date always and never every running things like java and adobe flash
