I do like bitcoin, even with my earnings not being able to cover the costs i do have, i do earn it as an extra source of income. The fiat i earn i cant exchange into bitcoin as its all spent to cover daily basics, if i  had something left i would share it this way 30% to bank savings and 70% for bitcoin investment(buy bitcoin).

For online shopping I prefer bitcoins and for day to day use I also prefer bitcoins but can't use them in daily life as here are not much shops that accept bitcoins.

50/50?
That's the problem with bitcoin, we don't have too much places to spend it.

For me, cash is more stable and therefore I would prefer my money to be in fiat. Saying that, Bitcoin has a lot of potential and I do have some money invested in it.

I prefer my money to be in bitcoins. Why ? Because i love bitcoin. Up to now, bitcoin have been a popular cryptocurrency and its pirce keep going up year by year. So i think, if i keep my money in bitcoin, one day, i will be rich. And i think the best way to support bitcoin is to use it as much as i can so that many people will now more about it

The results of this poll could be a complete waste or cannot be reliable cause you are asking this on a Bitcoin forum and more than 90% of the users here are trying to increase their count or even if they cashout they would still vote bitcoin cause of it's benefits.
-
Yeah, that's true, but what about paypal? Isn't paypal more widely accepted in online payments and shipments, so wouldn't it be more or less the same? But, to think of it, bitcoin addresses are easily created, and easy to send to others, so I personally prefer bitcoins for such micro transactions.

The main point of this topic is to find out if the forum users here think bitcoin as unstable, as you might never know if the price goes up or down, and cash currency is more of a 'fixed'/stable than bitcoin it might be better to stable store as cash, do you think so?
I dont think receiving my money in bitcoins is a good idea because at the time we all give only about the cash money because that will always be number 1 paying method.

I think that at the moment I would receive my money in cash because it is just easier and I do not have to go to the process of trading.
But I think that it also depends a bit on how much money and Bitcoin because with Bitcoin you can make more money.

BTC as a form of saving, I understand it's not good to keep all of profit in BTC but at least some of it in BTC, I think it can yield great profit in long-term.. I guess everyone here prefers the same and to keep at least a percentage of there savings in BTC.

I prefer cash instead of Bitcoin because you cannot go wrong with cash and with Bitcoin, you will have to trade it for money in the end. So it does not really matter.
But I would go with cash all the way because to me it is more reliable.

The price of bitcoin is regularly fluctuating, so you might get $100 worth of bitcoins now, $50 or $200 worth of bitcoins tomorrow, who knows? So, do you prefer a currency that is more stable, like cash (USD, EUR...), or do you treat bitcoins as a currency, for investment to let it grow?

State why you prefer your option. Smiley

Exactly i chose bitcoin for its price volatility. Price of bitcoin may go lower, but i believe it will bounce back in the long run. so i wish to test my luck in dealing with bitcoins.

There are many other factors like low fees, anonymity, fast transfer, etc... which blinds me about volatile of bitcoin price.

Yeah even I will choose to go with bitcoin as even by saving  our bitcoins we would be able to grow our money if price goes higher in future and inflation will never help you to grow your fiat money.

You can hold most of the investment in bitcoin and some in cash or the fiat. The bitcoin will rise in the long term.

Well for me i prefer cash if i needed so, since if my money is in cash form well i can actually sleep at night without worrying about the flactuation to go fall down, but also having a btc is good since we can use it to earn more money and bitcoin is flexible on such things, but i can't literally spend my money if i am not sure for certain situation since we cannot get free physical money here,

In terms of offline spending, I think I prefer my money with cash since it is hassle having my money in form of bitcoin if it is for offline spending. If it is for online shopping, ill prefer bitcoin since it is more convenient to use online than cash. In short, I prefer having both at the same time since I both need them in my life since they are both forms of money which we all need to live.

I don't understand the dichotomy constructed here. For me, Bitcoin is cash. To be able to give an answer, I assume that the thread opener wanted to distinguish between physical fiat and Bitcoin.

For holding value I clearly prefer Bitcoin, because fiat money will become worthless with certainty due to inflation. However since today only few stores accept Bitcoin for payment, I'm still using fiat cash. Physical fiat cash is at least a bit better than bank money or using a credit card, because you can transact freely and don't get into debt.

I don't agree that fluctuations in Bitcoin's fiat valuation are a real problem. It's only a problem if you still abide by the rules of the fiat world. Once Bitcoin becomes your main currency and point of reference, you will notice that it's in fact fiat money that shows high volatility... Smiley Regardless it's not a problem in a digital world, because you can calculate converted prices in no time.

I prefer a combination of both options.

With Bitcoin I have the ability to store money outside the governmental and banking system, while in the same time it's an investment.

Cash is something that I need in my daily life in order to buy things, pay my bills, save money for my future, and so on.

BSV is not the real Bcash. Bcash is the real Bcash.
