Does any bank accept Bitcoin?

If there will be banks accepting bitcoin, they might just be holding the BTC and you won't get any private key nor password for your wallet. You will be scammed by banks by not allowing you to withdraw them and will give you hard time to process papers they ask even when not really needed. We know for the fact they want control over you.

Is there any bank/financial institution somewhere in the world that has embraced Bitcoin? Not that I'd deposit my money there, I'm just curious to know it.

Bitcoin directly deposited on banks? Man I dont think banks will do that. Because using bitcoin is being unknown on the transaction and banks wouldnt allow it. And also I dont think they would allow decentralized on banks. Bitcoin is their number one competitor. So I think banks will just accept money as what they do today. And I dont think world bank will allow it also.

Gov bank just accept it , but not legal. Otherwise, bitcoin have yet regularation on bank system..

Bitcoin is anonymous, and I haven't heard of any Banks that accept bitcoin.
In the future, there may be Banks that accept bitcoin.
Then Banks may be different from today's Banks.

yes there are estavlishments that accept bitcoin as payment as 7 elevn and so on sometimes I lose money and buy me at 7 eleven and they accept bitcoin as payment for my purchase.

 I don't think that any Banks are going to accept Bitcoins. Due to some market pressures sometimes  Bank's will have to accept this virtual currency as a form of payment.May be in future we can expect that  banking sectors accepting Bitcoin ,if one bank does anything another banks also have to follow in order not to lose their customers.So in future we can wait and see .

For now it is starting to recognize by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas her in Philippines but i don't know if they are already accepting of transaction of Bitcoin,by recognizing is a stepping stone of accepting Bitcoin as a currency and accept transaction direct to bank account.

In my country Indonesia, Bank Indonesia prohibits bitcoin as a transactional tool and makes in Indonesia bitcoin banned.
they say that bitcoin is an illegal currency and every citizen of Indonesia is prohibited from doing transaction using bitcoin in indonesia.
but currently there are some banks in Indonesia who want to implement a blockchain system, either this will be a fresh breeze for bitcoin or they just want to mimic the blockchain system only.
some time ago our finance minister announced they do not forbid citizens to have it as an investment but the state does not guarantee if there is a big loss.

For me, I don’t have any information that any banks accept bitcoin. But I’m sure that banks will not accept bitcoin because of some issue. Also, bitcoin is a digital currency and works without a central bank or single administrator. So we all know that bitcoin doesn’t need some banks to control them and government sector. I believe that is the main aim of bitcoin not to be controlled by someone.

I don't think so that still there is any bank in the world who are accepting bitcoin still and in coming 5 years i think there is no possibility of accepting of bitcoin by any bank yea it can be possible that there is a specific bank created in world like bitcoin exchanges but other bank system have no possibility to accept bitcoin. Yes if bitcoin become legalize in some countries then possibility of accepting by bank can also be increased.

Yes, I agree. I too is not sure that bank will accept this because they are just still gather information about this. I hope that someday banks will accept this. But I guess it is really okay that bitcoin works without a central banks for our own good. For the government cant control us on what we did. It means that we are free for everything because that was really our aim, working in bitcoin without someone controlled us. And it is really good for us.

I want to share my experience in cashouting my Bitcoins, this is the sequence. I am using Coinbase and the btc stored in Coinbase will be sent at Coins.ph wallet and i will cashout my bitcoin through Cebuana Lhuiller.

I don't see why banks are to accept Bitcoin when most if not all of them are against it? However, there are many exchanges that can convert your fiat into Bitcoin. You can even buy Bitcoin from 7/11s.

I think that is a form of remittance, your way of withdrawing your money. The question is, 'does any bank accept bitcoin' then the answer is still no because there is no banks that are centralized that will agree on something that is decentralized because that is not a good thing for them because it will make their users to just use the decentralized one.

Here in our country, not all of the banks accept bitcoins, but some of them do. However, you must present valid IDs and stuffs to confirm your identification and background to verify if it is legitimate. Somehow, we encourage people who will cash out bitcoins to go to pawnshops or some outlets who exchange money (whether it is online) because they do not require too much compared to that on banks.
