I think not all banks are yet to ready to accept bitcoin. not even all the countries. but in course of time, all countries and banks will approve bitcoin as a good virtual money.

if you heard about ripple(xrp), some banks is now getting partnership with it. banks around the globe uses the technology and blockchain of ripple. so it is not possible the some banks are also using the blockchain technology of bitcoin.

Yap and btc is technically a multi million dollar investment so there is a chance that if this online transaction continues, bank would become useless and most investments will go to crypto so i think it is also a smart move for banks to have there own blockchain as it also give more security to the money and they will not be caught last in the kind of trades cryptocurrency is all about.

Actually, Banks in Japan have begun accepting money in exchange for Bitcoin - as a way of regulating the money that goes into it (i.e to prevent drug money). This is actually one of the reasons for the recent price spikes. Unfortunately however... this takes away the anonymous aspect of Bitcoin that we all love. Ups and downs to everything I suppose Sad.

You're right bitcoin and bank dont match and there is no reason to have  bitcoin banks, I would rather say that bitcoins are now in a position to eliminate the fiat banks and economy will run only on bitcoin blockchain.

Though bitcoin and banks won't get incorporated, surely the bitcoin needs some platform similar to bank for wide spreading. As a part several banks have started to function on the same blockchain platform as the cryptocurrencies. Indirectly bitcoin is supported by banks and investment too is made in terms of bitcoin by banks.

That is a great news for you because you can easily withdraw your earnings from bitcoin without having any problem in depositing in into a bank account. Even there is third party app, it is still convenient and good for the bitcoin users there because you said that some of the transactions are free of charge which is the best and no hassle.

There are ATM's here in Spain that let you buy bitcoins, they require ID and some other personal information and you have to pay in cash, I believe at least 20 Euros, obviously it has some fees but they are not big. It's nice, there aren't many but it's still nice, the only thing bad about it is that you can only use cash, no credit card.

It is still a good thing that you have ATM's their that lets you buy bitcoin, here in our country I believe we only have two ATM but still not seeing any of them, it is the Capital of our country and quite far to go there, I hope that we could also have it in rural areas so we can also transact anytime.

I don't know if the rumors that I've read about the Central Bank of Switzerland is already accepting and using bitcoin for their services. But I know in the future that most of the banks are going to start using bitcoin. Because they don't have choice as the demand of bitcoin is becoming higher, the sales for their services needs to get in with the trend.

It's almost 4 year that my bank accepts bitcoin as a payment on any their service but not directly. I mean that I have btc on my bank's wallet and they exchange it with 2.5% fee automatically. However same system is on our ATM's, it's not possible to send btc to atm's wallet and withdraw after that.
BTW bitfury's support helped our banks to offer bitcoin services.

What's the name of your bank? I don't know that there is a bank that is accepting bitcoin for the last 4 years.

Can you give the link of that bank so that I can add it to my list as I'm looking for those industries especially in the banking sector.

Those that are into crypto currency and is already adopting it.

i personally have no idea about that. i am hearing it for the first time. i think i even watching it for the first time that there  are some banks who are accepting bitcoin. i think banks are concern with government and if government will start accepting bitcoin then banks will also give a clean chit to bitcoin and will start accepting bitcoin.

I think no, in my country no banks that accept bitcoin here. I think it's hard for bitcoin to be accepted on bank, because bitcoin is anonymous and it's really different for bank that need information of the user.

I have heard of bitcoin ATM machine i think it was in london or france but i think ive seen some articles discussing of having a bitcoin bank.
I guess if bitcoin has a bank it would no longer be decentralized cause you will be charge by taxes aland debt, that's what i think.
Maybe if someday bitcoin becomes well known in the world i guess bitcoin banks would to start to appear but who knows.
