They would never accept their own demise as bitcoin is their enemy, just imagine what happens if you deposit your bitcoins and someone manages to hack them.
That's most probably impossible - there has been no hack on Bitcoin so far. Businesses have been hacked, but not Bitcoin itself. A bank accepting Bitcoin means the greatest feature (anonymity) disappearing from Bitcoin because the banks would then know who the owner of the respective wallet is.

I know, and bitcoin bank that has a principle of opposites. transactions conducted by the bank, can be known, and to set up a bank account, you must have a very complete data. in contrast to bitcoin, which does not require complete data and transactions are very difficult to resolve. So, until now, I have never seen a bank that accepts bitcoin.

So far, certain banks here allow us to cash out our bitcoins. As for buying bitcoins, the most that banks would offer is to allow us to send our currency to our wallet and then just convert it there. If we want money directly converted to bitcoin we have to use other outlets.

I doubt any bank will accept bitcoin as a deposit. Bank is a regulated institution and they would not want unregulated money to be deposited in their account. Also bitcoin doesn't have any central authority. So it makes them confuse about the origin of the bitcoin.
That is the reason why most countries are not accepting bitcoin as an alternative currency. The government is just keeping an blind eye to bitcoins. Bitcoin is based on people's trust and nothing else. I doubt banks will ever accept bitcoin.

Actually bitcoin is totally different from local banks. Those who were created btc, will never like the idea. Bank has a centralized authority and we will loose control upon our btc if it becomes a part of centralized banking system. May be some cryptos are being supported by banks, I am not sure yet. I have heard something about stellar. Not sure.

Is there any bank/financial institution somewhere in the world that has embraced Bitcoin? Not that I'd deposit my money there, I'm just curious to know it.
There are none now,but let's see in the future, crypto currency is still in it's infant stage ,but who knows one day we will have our own bitcoin bank or a well known bank will launch their own system so they can integrate Bitcoin in their portfolio.

I think once i read about this thing that there is a bank in a country that has decided to accept bitcoins, i don't really remember the whole thing but it was something like that, and i feel no matter what banks do but bitcoins users wont give their bitcoins to others for keeping while they can do it themselves.

Almost no banks? You mean zero, right? The only thing banks might be interested in is the blockchain as technology. They at some point might incorporate it into their system if they think everything works well enough for them. With that I mean them remaining in full control over every aspect that banking can offer. Banks don't like the idea of a decentralized blockchain.

I believe banks will never accept bitcoin because it rivals what the bank's beliefs have been built on. And that institutions are even before Christ was born so don't expect to deviate from their beliefs anytime if ever in the future.

Yes bitcoin and banks contradict each other but since no one knows the future some great minds might come up with a concept that people will like . As of now some fiat exchanger requires an your account to be verified before you can use their service and many people have already verified their account like me so to some people they don't mind giving personal info just to use it more freely .

I am not sure if anyone mentioned this earlier, but Switzerland seems really open minded about Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. They want to be one of the first countries to introduce concept of crypto-bank, financial institution fully focused on digital currencies. Swiss parliament is working on some pro-blockchain laws. I wouldn't be surprised to see first Swiss Bitcoin bank introduced in 2017.

But I know not in my lifetime. It would be a miracle for that to happen. There are things that they wont agree with it. Specially, with the large number of dollars when it goes up and down. That will be a hard problem for them. They want something that they own only not something with freedom.

That problem can be easily fixed, I mean just like us, whenever anyone buys BTC, they should accept and take this risk. I took this risk the moment I earned my first satoshi: it can go up or down at any time. The dollar and any other currency can do this too, but with Bitcoin it's on a much bigger scale. The problem is that Bitcoin was created to be your own bank, and a popular bank adding Bitcoin support ends this feature.

The problem is that Bitcoin was created to be your own bank, and a popular bank adding Bitcoin support ends this feature.
That's why I find it very weird that people here in the last years have been praising Bitcoin for the fact that they are finally the boss over their money. But when a thread pops up asking whether or not it's a good idea to have a "Bitcoin bank" or a regular bank accepting Bitcoin, that people directly like the idea and will make use of it. That's basically them lying to themselves as this goes against all what Bitcoin is standing for. How can you shift from one point of view where you want to remain in full control, to the side where you give up this precious control to an entity that doesn't want you to have any freedom at all. Weird people...
