it seems that until now there is no bank or financial institution that received bitcoin or altcoin to be deposited in the bank or financial institution. today it is very difficult for digital currencies to be accepted in all countries and everyone because of the very minimal education about crypto and anything else related to digital currency.

The mainstream banking community has not always welcomed cryptocurrencies with open arms. ... There have been reports of some Swiss banks refusing to accept cryptocurrency traders as clients.

Is there any bank/financial institution somewhere in the world that has embraced Bitcoin? Not that I'd deposit my money there, I'm just curious to know it.

Bitcoin began to take its own part of the market in the everyday payments. ATMs are installed around the world. Bitcoin is accepted by some banks for storage. And also it is possible to spend bitcoins in online shops and different services.

I think for now no bank receives bitcoin.karena bitcoin is digital currency so the bank does not have a special tool to transact bitcoin so the bank has not received bitcoin, the bank only accepts real currency

I have not encountered any bank that is associated or only for bitcoins. Bitcoins are crypto currency and is expected to be digital and is actually digital. I don't see the point of having a bank for bitcoin tho, it's meant to be anonymous but if people would develop bank and make it for bitcoin only, why not?

I know, and bitcoin bank that has a principle of opposites.
transactions conducted by the bank, can be known, and to set up a bank account, you must have a very complete data. in contrast to bitcoin, which does not require complete data and transactions are very difficult to resolve. So, until now, I have never seen a bank that accepts bitcoin.

No bank can accept bitcoin without the involvement of the apex bank (central bank) of that country.
Bitcoin is a real competition to banks and national economy. The Central Bank of any nation may not want to accept it and that is why they are trying to subject it to strict regulations.

No banks accept bitcoin directly and I am sure they wont even accept it directly in future as well, because it will destroy the banking industry for sure.

I think there are no banks would like to accept bitcoin. Due to issues about crypto in the worlds and they won't accepted it until the government legalise and give policy about them.
Banks do not accept bitcoin unless it is a crypto bank. There are some central banks which are keen on adapting the blockchain technology on their payment platform but they distance themselves with cryptocurrency.

I heard that a Bank of bitcoins was opened in Japan. True or not, if it works now - I don't know. But such news was definitely the summer of 2017.

I think the only bank which was adopted Bitcoin is the one in Japan , they actually give Bitcoin a really good place to develop and being use in daily life like 24 hours shop at Japan.
It's really good when you accept the new technology and using it then deny and put it in the prohibition like other goverments.

I don't think banks will accept bitcoin cause they hated it. Bitcoin has become one of their biggest treat and others have started to made their move on to go against bitcoin. As far I am aware of it will be impossible for banks to accept something that they cannot control and have no track to any transactions it made.

There's actually an article that state of few banks expressing their support for bitcoins,  although it only for credit card uses.

Fidor bank - Germany
Change.     - Estonia
Workforce  - Czech republic
Bankers - United kingdom
Goldman Sachs - United States
TDB - Canada
Royal bank - Canada
National bank - Canada
Simple bank - United States

Yeah I know too little,.

So far, I haven't seen a bank accept bitcoin. I don't think bitcoin will be accepted by Banks. Bitcoin is anonymous and distributed. If you put bitcoin in a bank, it will no longer be anonymous, which changes the nature of its existence.
