I myself use 3 different wallets. One is on my Android device, one on my desktop PC and one online.

The one i like the most is on my desktop, MultiBit. I like it because you can quicky generate new deposit adresses and keep track of your incomes and outcomes. I only use Blockchain for some payments, and on my mobile phone i have MyCelium wallet, which i use for mobile/QR code scanning payments.

What wallets do you use and which one do you prefer and why?

I started with MultiBit because it was easy to use and I liked its appearence. Then i stopped using it because of the high fees they charged at the time(I don't know if it's still the case though). Then I used Coinkite with which I was very pleased but they stopped supporting web wallets, so I created a blockchain wallet at last and I'm pretty happy with it. )
Blockchain wallet is that I like the most as it is free online bitcoin wallet, which you can use to make worldwide payments for free. We make paying with bitcoins easy and secure available anywhere on your phone or desktop.

good choice, multibit used by many people and i know its good at all,but honestly i never use that wallet, since now i just use blockchain and coinbase, that 2 wallet are awesome, blockchain can give us option for fees, and conbase almost have no fees.
just a suggestion Coinbase is an online wallet maybe you've heard from many people that an online wallet might be a scam and leave the user and take all the money. I think Coinbase have full access to your wallet and your bitcoin. maybe if the owner is not a nice person. they might be a scam

Coinbase is a well known exchange and online wallet site and it has a good reputation. I have never read any scam accusation against them. they just close accounts that has gambling related transactions. So it is a good option for people who make a lot of transactions as the site pays the fees

Blockchain as online (hot storage) and electrum as offline (cold storage). It has been many years now I use two wallets and there are no problems when used.
Do not store in a single bitcoin wallet.
But many people here do not in need of hot wallets as they are all aiming for long term investments with their bitcoin savings. So, just a desktop wallet would be safer for all of us. Still, we need to have multiple wallets for diversifying the risk of being hacked.

Is our wallets in the exchanger is not said to be a hot wallet? Still used for trending terms and interest in bitcoin, for what it is and as what. And that use hot wallet too much, because they are very comfortable, even if they either know or will not be any possibility of that happening to their wallets.
Do people who have a lot bitcoin just keep it in your wallet all? I think they would not allow her to armpits bitcoin birth and grew to many.

I used to have a blockchain.info wallet but I stopped using it due to the fact that I don't want to give out control over my coins as is happening with online wallet services, and that's why I solely use Bitcoin Core now.
I think though blockchain is an online wallet but they give you full access to you and I think they do not have access into your wallet. they have encrypted all the passwords. so the blockchain not have the authority to enter intoyour wallet. and until now there is no problem in blockchain?

I currently hold most of my bicoins on blockchain.info, however my trezor should arrive in a couple of days, so I'll be using their wallet after that. I use mycelium on my phone as well.
same here. I use it because the wallet doesn't change in specific time like coinbase, besides we can create new address in the same account, so we don't need to create a new account. that makes blockchain simple.

I've been using blockchain wallet for a long time before since I never actually do any transactions back then. I only receive payments. I switched to Xapo just a few weeks ago because I thought it's kind of better because Xapo has 2FA feature enabled which can secure our accounts from hackers /key loggers/unwanted guests if they try to access our accounts. Plus, there aren't any transaction fees unlike blockchain wallet.

I use blockchain.info and whenever I need to convert it to my bank account I prefer to use localbitcoins as I think both of them are safe and well secured.

well its really easy to use for all the newbies to be honest though i cannot agree with you that it is very safe because a lot of people have told that their money got stolen from it

i use mainly cold storages such as trezor wallet in order to save all my money and not have any big losses because of people stealing money from the online wallets

I only use the paper wallet and this is purely because of the fact its way more secure than other wallets in my opinion.
This is my only reason why I use a paper wallet.

I use Coinbase and Xapo wallets. I know that's not safest place to keep btc, because they don't give private keys. But I like it that their transactions are free. And for my its comfortable, because Idon't nedd to download anything and to reach my btc I only need to login.

I use many wallets but most of them are GreenAddress Bitcoin Wallet and mycelium, they are both perfect for a mobile phone user which can use bitcoin anytime anywhere with an internet connection.

The only wallet I like is a paper wallet but I use two wallets, the paper wallet for holding bitcoins because its very secure.
And a normal blockchain online wallet what is also pretty okay and you can easily pay with it so that is why I use it.

I like to use cryptonator as they give you the option to transfer your alts within their web wallet on the fly even into fiat in a couple of currencies like usd and rubles (I think they are a Russian service because of this  Undecided ).
If you want to not pay any fees for sending or to get a better rate for those in wallet exchanges you need to upgrade your free membership to a paid one which is pretty cheap (if you do alot of transactions in a week) at $4.95 per month or $49.95 a year 2 months free  Grin
If they have an affiliate program I will let you know. Just pm me  Wink

I only use blockchain.info wallet, because that's the first wallet I know. It's secure and simple to use.
Even after some time I know there are many various wallet out there, but I still use blockchain as my wallet.
