I tried to use Electrum but I had issues installing it.
I don't think it works with a pc running the 32bit windows os.

I only use the blockchain for my transactions because I think the blockchain is pretty secure and also very easy to pay with.
I even use the blockchain for some transactions in real life.
Blockchain is a good choice, but only for spendable amount or low volume.
Dont stored all of your bitcoin out there, not only on blockchain, all of the online wallet. Online wallet is risky, thus, it may be less risky to use an offline wallet for storing bitcoin, high volume exactly.

My main wallet right now is Mycelium android wallet because it is easy to use and can use it everywhere just by scanning the qr code for the receiver address. I have never faced a problem with it til now so I think I am not going to change it soon
I've never tried wallets in mobile phones may look nice. whether when opening the wallet requires a password and authentication? I'm afraid when the phone was missing. then the entire bitcoin will be lost or stolen?
or someone idly borrow your cell phone and did not realize your friend has transferred all of your bitcoin?

I primarily use coinbase as my main wallet, but I have a multibit wallet on my desktop for the occasional transfer out of it.

I'm considering getting core, but I have to see if I want to bother spending the time to sync the blockchain first.

I basically started just a few weeks ago so I'm still weighing my options as to what wallet I might stick with. Right now, I'm using coins.ph which is a local wallet in my country. I also have blockchain.info and excelium. Hope they all work for me, and for my accounts to be secured.

From the days into the bitcoin I too prefer and continue using Blockchain.info, I felt this to be the best among most other wallet in terms of using, interface, features and updated status.

the good thing about blockchain.info is the feature for the SMS, where they send you a message when you receive/send a transaction it is so good for monitoring bitcoin addresses by just adding it as a watch only wallet to your main wallet and also it is good to be used as a hot wallet.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

I think it is not a problem only for exceptions blockchain dude. blockchain very safe and reliable I think. that Companies such as Microsoft from bitcoin1 they are a very big company, such as a wallet that must be had by all users. You have full control over your wallet in blockchain. different from other wallet online

Well even with that private keys you control in blockchain online wallet still isn't a safe. How come the bitcoin.org remove that online wallet in their recommended list of online wallet. I don't know the reason though but it's all about safety I think.

I use the Bitcoin Core wallet. I can send, receive and sign message with that wallet. So it is functional to me.

Blockchain as online (hot storage) and electrum as offline (cold storage). It has been many years now I use two wallets and there are no problems when used.
Do not store in a single bitcoin wallet.

But many people here do not in need of hot wallets as they are all aiming for long term investments with their bitcoin savings. So, just a desktop wallet would be safer for all of us. Still, we need to have multiple wallets for diversifying the risk of being hacked.

I thought it could not be a guarantee that long or not a wallet will make it safe, especially with the online wallet. Always to be able to anticipate the possibility that will happen unless you surrender to what will happen in the future with your bitcoin.

Learn from some of the events that has happened is a good thing. I'm not saying it's not good or bad, but do not store eggs in one basket.
