Proofreading is absolutely invaluable.

Agreed, and have you noticed that there are spelling errors in practically every coin launch with graphics.
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I know, why Smiley the people that design them are most likely using photoshop or illustrator, and when typing the text is not spell-checked Cheesy

Have you noticed any spelling errors on our graphics?

Keeping my eyes on this one for sure. I plan to invest in the ICO if nothing changes my mind.
Are you in talks with any specific exchanges at this point?

At this particular moment we are in talks with 2 exchanges. But we must first a reaction from the community. If people are interested in this project, it will motivate us to continue its development.

+1 for interest here. As for PoL, couldn't one game the system by simply setting up a ton of nodes? (i didn't get a chance to read over everything so not sure if this was addressed yet)

We've taken this  situation into consideration. It is typical for a person to desire monopoly over any kind of resource, so we set in place specific rules that will make  the network expansion accommodate to its needs. One of those rules is to have a minimum balance for forging. This will demotivate rapid expansion of nodes at the beginning. As we progress and the transactional volume increases more nodes will be added to the network, via fluctuations in funds. Idilly we would like to have and stable transactional volume and node increase at the same time. This is a scenario that can happen only at the beginning. But we have looked at ways to combat issues of gaming the line by limiting the amount of forging nodes at the same time. You might think of this as the same way Bitcoin acts with the difficulty rate, The more Hash power is available the harder the difficulty. We can proceed in the same manner only using a variable to determine the optimal forging line. Either way this is not a concern for the network itself, as there will be a line of people desiring to forge either way, and the more nodes are in the network the wider, faster, and more secure it becomes.

Just in case i got you confused, there will be a document explaining how this works, in the near future!

Hello.

Where I can buy this coin? Or there are few tickets to the moon for me and I am not late here? Roll Eyes

Thank you.

Iota is a brand new and novel micro-transaction cryptotoken optimized for the Internet-of-Things (IoT). Unlike the complex and heavy blockchains of Bitcoin and the like, which were designed with other uses in mind, Iota is created to be as lightweight as possible, hence the name "Iota" with emphasis on the ‘IoT’ part.

They'd have to try really hard to make this an even bigger mess. No offense but that thing really was nothing but a mess.

 Cheesy

Node is a "Super GAU"
Unfortunately Edon looks very similar atm (art design in op, wallet, node.js,... ).

So question: What part of the world are ENODs devs from? How public are the devs from here willing to be?

I hope that this coin becomes successful, and that I can be involved as an investor. With the regular stock market down the drain, I'm looking more and more to the crypto space for things to put my money into.

I also hope you'll have a slack channel for discussion. I really enjoy NEM's chat room. Both for on topic and random shit. ;-)

I think your questions is very relevant! I will ask all of the involved to make a self introductory post!
So far we are a small group of part-time "devs" Smiley Each of us getting around our 9-5 schedule to contribute to the project.

I wish to make this project as open and transparent as possible. Then end goal is to make it as wide as possible so everyone could contribute.

Personally i'm open to the public, get to know and befriend me here:  https://www.facebook.com/ion.sirbu.921?fref=ts

Ok I will keep an eye, interested in what your group will accomplish  Cool
