Unfortunately Edon looks very similar atm (art design in op, wallet, node.js,... ).

I don't think Node ever got as far as having the designs and technicalities picked apart. If the man with the plan had been capable of acknowledging other human beings then it might have actually gotten somewhere. We'll never know.

This sounds pretty interesting actually, i hope everything is still well on track and the launch is nearing. Will be interesting to see how this plays out. Once everything is ready, how will the launch be handeled, will there be some kind of a POS phase or will it be a ICO/IPO ? Any way it goes i will be interested, looks like a sweet project with a good future, especially liking the instant transactions, will see how those play out.

Small question, why is the main site on http://www.edoncoin.com/ but all the sub sites go to xxx.simbla.com?

I hope that this coin becomes successful, and that I can be involved as an investor. With the regular stock market down the drain, I'm looking more and more to the crypto space for things to put my money into.

I also hope you'll have a slack channel for discussion. I really enjoy NEM's chat room. Both for on topic and random shit. ;-)

We are headed that way. Right now we are doing our best to prep. everything for an official announcement. SimpleIn has published parts of the site on the official domain, and he is still popularizing the links, soon to be ready

A chat will be set in place for sure, but we won't opt for slack, as it is limited to the number of team members subscribed. We will search for an more optimal solution for communication means, any ideas?

Sure about that ? The only limitation I've encountered is on integrations (i.e. bots) and even that one is more than high enough.

This is a good idea!

But this will have to be done by the community. We plan to distribute almost entirely all the coins and build a solid foundation with active members of the crypto community. This way all the decision power will be held by the community. In a way this means that the community will launch/promote/establish the development course.

So in this particular case, if per say someones would like to see a swap between node and edon, the person will create an account with a specific target amount (something like a crowdfund), and all the community by participating will sustain or reject the idea.


Personally i think that node is going to die under its weight sooner or later so creating a swap might present problems in the long term!

I wouldn't mind helping out, maybe some of us that really want to see this project materialize into success should buy cheap node right now.

I would donate some of mine to get other people on board with us.
